Wifi not working, no key during the stay because key system went down for 2 days. Noisy at night.

A motel style of hotel, quick check in check out service, breakfast was good simple continental. Easy access.

Pros: We like the complimentary breakfast. We also like the free shuttle service to/from the metro station. Cons: The internet is very slow.

This was a good place to stay, not too far from airport or cruise port. Easy check in/out. Included breakfast was good . Appeared to be an older building, with a outdoor pool in the middle, but in good condition. Perfect for my needs. Will stay here next time I cruise out of Boston.

The free shuttle service to/from hotel to the JFK metro station is good and the return schedule is flexible (per our phone call). However, the paid shuttle to/from hotel to airport closes too early (9pm). Better to have it 24 hours. Front desk is friendly and helpful.

I am very disappointed in the condition of the Ramada by Wyndham Boston. The photos online are not true to reality. The hotel is old and smelly. The chairs in the room are worn out and dirty. The ceiling is painted in pieces. The bathroom small and inconvenient .

Reasonable for the price with a free hourly shuttle to the nearest metro station the decor is a little dated and the area isn’t too good

The rooms are rusty and have not been renovated in a long time. You will find a whole in the bedsheet, ants are roaming around the room. No cleaning at all. The only good thing is they have an airport shuttle and breakfast. Their thermostat is also not working. I don't know how those guys are operating

The location is not very convenient but they have a large outdoor parking lot. The room look tidy but old. There is window of the room facing the corridor which a dusky curtain that making the sound isolation and privacy not the best. The washroom is relatively small that the tower and sink cannot fit or place inside the washroom. Overall, I would only recommend for a quick rest.
