小suite 房間還是挺大的。Lounge 三餐都提供，晚上Dessert 巧克力Tata 很贊，服務都不錯。酒店門口沒有Taxi，得用Uber。健身房和樓下三樓的Equinox 共享。健身房門口有個 Press In Clean 洗衣店隔天可以拿衣服。唯一Wi-Fi 連結有問題，雖然試試了二天和後台溝通。

住了十天，行李員看到中國面孔完全無視，一個女生4件大行李都需要自己搬運，行李員站在門口聊天。理解美國的小費文化，但是連基本的服務意識都沒有，小費想給都給不出去。剛到第一天是這樣，走的那天也是這樣。入住期間也看到了行李員對白人面孔的那副殷勤嘴臉，實在是差。衞生基本不掃，住了十天小費也給了，還是行政樓層，衞生糊弄一下就完了。特意訂了行政樓層有餐食，極其難吃。電梯裏永遠瀰漫著讓人想吐的體臭味道。房間的床品更加離譜，床太軟，像是睡在坑裡，更可怕的是他們的床品，被子套的永遠睡着睡着被子芯都出來，床單也卷的亂七八糟。還有住了十天花費近4w，給了萬豪的會員想要積分，結果衹有300積分😭。建議大家如果要訂麗思卡爾頓不如訂朗廷酒店，朗廷酒店短暫住過3晚，服務好，衞生好，早餐非常好吃。千萬別訂麗思卡爾頓酒店，除非你想花5星級的錢，受3星級得罪。別訂別訂別訂！

訂這家酒店時猶豫了很久，看評論褒貶不一。但價格確實低於其他五星級酒店，所以還是訂了...時而有門僮，時而沒有門僮，他即使看到你拎行李，也不會過來幫你拿的，衹是遠遠的看着...住了兩個晚上，唯一感受到的服務是保潔阿姨傍晚會來敲門問有沒有需要幫助的剩下已經感覺是自主酒店了…設施確實很老舊了，床邊櫃底下放了一個巨明顯的多功能插座，要充電衹能把多功能插座的其他插頭拔了才能充電...住了這麼多五星級酒店，這是頭一家沒有USB插頭的酒店...即使酒店營業很久了，也該更新設施了...地毯像是很久沒洗的了，油點已經到處都是了...裝修絕對配得上50年前的五星級酒店，現在已經...來波士頓之前住了紐約時報麗思卡爾頓，衹想感慨麗思卡爾頓你怎麼了…沒有任何進步與改進，衹能眼看着同行把你超越了吧
