The room was clean. The hotel itself was clean. The cleaning staff were very nice and courteous and helpful.
I have limited walking mobility. I asked for a room on the first floor by the lobby, or any floor next to an elevator they gave us an assessable room around the corner, and at the very end of the hall from the elevator, I didn’t ask for assessable room.
First night I tried to call the front desk around 920 and tried to almost 10 o’clock, and never received an answer. It kept switching me over to the main reservation number, where people who answer this line are not even located in the hotel.
