This stay at this hotel was very enjoyable. Rooms are of a good size and don't feel cramped in them, thwy are clean and organised. The bathroom is also of a good size with all amenities avaialble with good toiletries at hand. The beds are also of a good size and comfortable mattresses help you to a good night sleep. All in all it is a very good hotel worth the money.

This was our third visit to this hotel and as always we enjoyed our stay. Upon arrival our allocated room was not very good but it was changed quickly and easily by the front desk staff. The replacement room was good and modern. The only complaint we have is that the shower cubicle is far too small. Large people will have great difficulty getting in and out let alone actually washing. Additionally the hotels location is good, being close the Porta Susa railway station. No need for a taxi. The restaurant across the road is recommended as is the Sushi restaurant just around the corner at the top of the Via Cernaia. Turin is nice city with not too many tourists and wealth of excellent places to see and places to eat at. We have been visiting Turin for 16 years as our son lives here - we love it. Staff were great and so helpful! Lovely breakfast and really nice room! Easy access to the centre of Turin. Food store close by and a really nice restaurant. Definitely recommend you stay! No complaints at all!

This is hotel really lives up to its 4 stars, and it’s such good value for money. It’s situated right next to the cathedral and is easy walking distance of everything. The architecture is stunning. The receptionist was charming, and made every effort to accommodate us, especially as my husband has a disability. Access and parking were easy. The rooms are well equipped with different glasses, cups, kettle, Lavazza coffee machine (this is Turin) , well stocked mini bar, fluffy towels, very comfy bed. The bar is pleasant and there is an atrium garden for when it’s warmer. Our dinner in the restaurant was interesting: it’s modern Italian cooking, but good and reasonably priced. If you want traditional Piedmontese food there is a square around the corner with multiple bars and restaurants. At our request the receptionist arranged a private car tour of Turin because my husband cannot walk very far. All done with efficiency and charm. We can’t rate this hotel highly enough.

This hotel was booked due to our car broke down in Turin. So not the happiest couple arrived in a rental car to the hotel and from that moment we were just amazed by the hotel staff. What a team! The hotel service turned out to be at a 5 star level hidden in a suburb to Turin! This was not what we expected! We left Turin after just one night with a fixed car and a fantastic hotel experience! I stayed here for 2 nights and this hotel is a charm! The location is ideal. The rooms were clean and elegant. The decor was magnificent. The spa is simply out of the world. The breakfast was one of the best. If you are in Turino, you gotta stay here.

The main attraction of this hotel is its location. It is about 1 km to the entrance of the Mandria Park and only a few hundred meters to the castle and its gardens. It is also very close to some good restaurants. Otherwise, the hotel is fine but relatively unremarkable. No issues with the room, staff or breakfast, but nothing outstanding either. Free parking was very convenient in front of the hotel, if it is available, as there are limited spaces.
