The hotel and its garden are magnificent, the staff are friendly and interested, I would like to thank the manager Hikmet for his interest. Our rooms were very neat and clean, our breakfasts were very good, we had the opportunity to eat the strawberries grown in the garden.

The hotel is positioned like a hidden paradise, and I would like to thank Aynur, who is responsible for the landscape, and her team. Everywhere is clean, everywhere is peaceful, the food is very delicious, the staff is sincere, respectful and smiling... A place that can appeal to everyone, 1.5 km of walking track, those trees, sicaps :))), a perfect facility where you will get peace. ..especially Hasan Bey; F&B personnel and restaurant chef Beşir Kıyak, İhsan Aktaş, Erhan Yiğit, sales and marketing manager Didem Manavoğlu, who work like a bee and always smile; Mustafa Arslan, Oğuzhan İleri, Ela Nazlı, Buse Tabak, Buse Bayram, Turhan and Ayhan Gentlemen, Ahmet Yoldaş, Abdullah Kahveci and Anıl Kutucu at the reception, and more than 100 personnel whose names I cannot list, I would like to thank each and every one of them individually. I will be going again and again many times and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is located in a large "Grove", just like its name. One of the "Istanbul road" hotels of the years. I have come and stayed a few times. Some for 1 night, some for 1 week, usually for congresses etc. Anyway, the concept of the hotel is Half Board (YP), which means you will have breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Only eating and drinking in the morning and evening at the place called Çam Restaurant is included in the price you pay. Apart from that, whatever you eat or drink elsewhere (the cafe near the lobby) is subject to a fee. The rooms have been seriously renovated and they are also nice. Since I stayed in a standard room, I can say that it is neither big nor small. ***et is a normal room. Even if you stay inside, you won't be bored. The hotel has many facilities. Even if it is small, there is an outdoor pool, an indoor pool, saunas, steam rooms, shock shower, Turkish bath, spa center, indoor gym (yes, 2 minutes walking distance from the hotel and separate)... The grove around the hotel is very good. You can take pleasant walks. The grove is very well cared for. Apart from the massages at the spa center, you can benefit from them free of charge. It was ok for both breakfast and dinner, there wasn't much variety anyway, depending on the situation, the types of meals are adjusted according to the daily guests of that day. The serving staff are good. Although I did not expect a wide variety of food options, it was frankly not befitting of a 5-star hotel that describes itself as "open buffet". We said thank goodness for this and said at least we wouldn't go hungry. Breakfasts were much more successful than dinners. Now let's talk about why I gave the hotel 3 STARS. Unfortunately, this hotel has become a training venue especially for sports schools. During my 2-night stay, there were players and 5-6 coaches from the academy of a famous former national basketball player. The chaos at their tables every morning and evening was very entertaining. It still rings in my ears as they scream and shout to get to different training sessions that will start at 9. Moreover, the noise of these 9-10 year old children in the rooms and corridors on the upper floor of the room I stayed in in the evenings made my rest very enjoyable (!). Apart from this, there was also a study camp (most likely TYT-AYT) in a chain school located in Istanbul but famous throughout Turkey. They were better than the others, but long tables were still reserved for them. On top of that, I was playing corner game to find a table at dinners of some companies or Chinese and Russian tourists visiting for the day. In short, since it is located on the road, there is a large circulation of foreign tourists coming in transit and staying overnight. They either go to the Cappadocia side the next morning or to the Istanbul side. So they take a short rest right in the middle. Is it an F/P hotel? I do not think so. Is it good in terms of comfort? I can say that it is ok. Since it is a convention and on the road, it is a social facility where many tourism companies provide one-night and sports accommodations, you can find much quieter and calmer hotels for this price in the surrounding area. g again

We made an early reservation for the last week of the semester break in December 2021. While making the reservation, I asked for help by mentioning that there might be an option such as cancellation due to my wife's health problem. Since there will be a health-related situation during the reservation, it is taken into account, we try to help, and the payment was taken in rounded expressions. When I want to advance the reservation 1 week due to the same health problem; The prices have changed, they were told to pay the difference in price. Despite the fact that there is no price difference between weeks during the semester, the availability of the hotel is stated on the new date, and I pay my fee with early reservation, they demand an additional fee with the new pricing, even though I have stated our excuse from the very beginning. Moreover, they say that they will refund with 50% deduction in case of cancellation even though the stay is 3 weeks. They say that they will help until the customer makes the payment, but when the fee is entered in the cashier, we have fallen somehow, with the logic that we are not helped in any way, and they run the hotel with the logic of how much more money we will earn. When I read other complaints, I saw that the hotel would not do anything with this complaint, but I write that if someone reads my comment, they will make their decision about this hotel according to him. Note: Let me note that the payment for 3 rooms was taken from my relative who went to the same hotel with my recommendation, and the payment for 1 room, which was canceled, was not refunded, saying that we had already given a good price. Let it be better understood that this hotel will not be the first or the last incident.

We checked into the hotel on December 16. Hotel Fuat is a very good hotel in terms of performance. We were very pleased with the attention of all the staff, especially the kitchen chef Mustafa. The food is satisfactory at breakfast, you don't go hungry at dinner, the taste is good but could be improved. It is a clean and renovated facility, the fresh air is very nice, luckily it is snowing right now :). It would be even better if there were children's activities in the hotel. The pool was clean and the massage at the spa center was also nice.

We checked into Bolu Koru hotel with my wife on October 27th. The next day, we learned that my mother had Covid and we hurriedly left because I was a contact. Our departure was supposed to be on the 30th, but we requested a refund because we left 1 day earlier. Even though we sent the necessary data from the Ministry of Health's Hayat Eve Sıgar application and we have the legal right, the hotel stubbornly does not refund our money. We might have made a false statement...! I have never seen such slander in my life. They put us in an abandoned room, the toilet was leaking water, the curtains weren't even attached, they were hanging on the floor, there were bees as big as hands inside, the floors were dirty and dirty. We approached it with good intentions and said that although there was no solution to half of it, although there was an association camp in the big hotel and I might have come into contact with hundreds of people, even though they spent a lot of money in the big hotel and did not put any cologne or disinfectant, the corridors smelled like a dormitory, the restaurant was like a dormitory cafeteria, there was no food left, the food was gone. Although it smells like ice and there is a lack of staff, on top of that, while we are in such a victimized situation, we have been slandered and our money is not being refunded.
