Our room was not cleaned very well. On one of the towes there was lipstick from a previous guest. Many of the elements and details in the room were off or broken, which is not to be expected from a 4 star hotel. The windows had no nets to stop the flies. The person at the front desk asked me for a credit card for a deposit for the mini bar in the room. Although I told him I do not intend to use the mini bar, he insisted to provide a card in order to be able to check in and as I did not want to leave my card with anyone, he wrote down my card details. The room temperature can’t be controled and it was so hot, that at one point I woke up middle of the night and thought I had died and went in hell. There is nothing near the hotel so the only water you can buy is from the mini bar and it was extemely overpriced. The breakfast was pretty much the only thing on point as the waiters were very nice and polite! All in all, for the price which was the cheapest the hotel is an acceptable option in case you value your money and can close your eyes for a few things.

The kindness of the front desk and restaurant staff is basic, staying here for 2 nights in Bologna, making very happy memories with my 8-year-old son. Cozy, quiet clean rooms, curious breakfast was fantastic. The mart is also close and if you are not walking, you can access anywhere in the city by using bus No. 25 in front of the hotel. If I stay in Bologna again, I would like to visit again. There is a nearby fairground, and if there is an event related to my wife's company, I would recommend that she stay here. Great location with great staff. The bell tolls every so often, but it is no bother. Shower is a tad bit tiny but bathroom is big. Lift is available but some rooms on level 2 has a few steps to conquer - do request a room that does not tackle this if you cannot lift your luggage for these few steps. One key per room, but key can be left at reception. We had 4 rooms all up and they mananged to get us all on same floor & close by, as per our request. Again, all the staff are great. Check-in is 3pm, check-out is 11am.

I have stayed in this hotel before, so I booked it again this time, but the experience was not as good as the last time! The room was small and a bit crowded. I stayed for two nights and when it was cleaned the next day, tea bags and toiletry bags were not added. Not friendly enough. The location of the hotel is very good, just a few minutes' walk from the train station and within walking distance to the city center square. The people on the hotel are very friendly! However, the price of the hotel is not cheap, especially on weekends.

The cleanliness and modernity of the room were quite impressive, especially compared to some older European hotels. Amenities: The hotel has a notable rooftop bar that serves aperitif. It’s a nice place to unwind and enjoy a drink with a view. Service: The check-in and check-out processes were smooth. I arrived a bit before noon, and they let me check in early. On the day of departure, our flight was in the evening, and we were able to check out late for a fee of 10 EUR per hour after 12. The staff were quite friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Dining: I paid for the breakfast, which was serviceable. It was adequate but nothing extraordinary. Overall Experience: The best part of my stay was the location. It made it very easy to explore nearby cities via train. The modern and clean room was also a big plus. I can’t think of any areas for improvement; overall, I’m quite happy with my stay. Recommendation: Yes, I would recommend this hotel to others, mainly for its excellent location and modern rooms. Unlike some older apartments in Europe, the rooms here are updated and comfortable.

Good neighborhood with decent travel options albeit slightly away from the old town city center. Rooms are clean with basic amenities and a terrace for the suite but however some of the electronics were out of order.

They gave us a family room outside of the main building of the hotel. So, we exposed the voice coming from the street. The room was large enough but at the first glance we felt a little bit unsafe, but it was OK. However, there was a draft of cold air in the room that we could not locate, Croissants at the breakfast were the worst I have ever tasted. Please change your supplier. Stuff was kind and helpful.

Location is excellent, just across the railway station. There are also sandwich stalls, shops and restaurants just right beside the building. The front desk person is very friendly and gave good suggestions on where to visit and dine. Room was newly renovated and spacious and have lift access. Basic amendities are available as well as flask to boil water for hot coffee. Wifi connection was stable too. Would recommend this hotel.

Everyone would agree that they don't want to let others know where they like very much. This hotel provides pleasure and comfort, as evidenced by the friendly expressions on the staff. The spacious room and large bathtub are enough to relieve fatigue throughout the day, and I like the restaurant food. The proximity to the train station gives good transportation access. You may think the facility is a little old, but there is no inconvenience at all. Above all, I liked the bed. One thing is regrettable that there were no free drinks in the room.
