This hostal has a lot of events, the beds are comfortable and there are lots of spaces you can use. It’s very cheap and the location is excellent. It’s closed to main avenues and transportation and close to the clubbing area Zona Rosa.

Hotel was in the perfect location close to all big shopping centres and another plus was it was very clean. Room service was always top standard and consistent however it was big let down that the hotel didn’t communicate the spa/pool pictured was not available during the whole of my stay. If I’m not mistaken it should be clearly communicated to guests prior to accepting bookings if the included amenities are unavailable especially if for long periods. In addition, if the spa is unavailable the lift and level to the spa should be unavailable for guests to swipe to that level.. I went to inspect it (not knowing it’s being renovated) and got stuck on the level as there are no buttons to go back up.. Highly recommended however, it would be nice if the hotel was a bit more mindful with regarding the communicating to guests about renovation of spa and how long it’s being fixed + not allow access down to that level if there is no way back up

The best thing about this property is its proximity to the airport. For a 1 night stay it is perfect. Free shuttle included, however you should go to the 2nd floor door nr 5 to find a lady there with the hotel sign. Check was a slow, however check out was very fast Restaurant at night was extremly slow once order was taken

For a hotel room like this and for the price I paid - it was an amazing stay. The only thing is that you gonna have to bring ear plugs with you, since it is too noisy. The hotel locates right next to a highway.

Hotel located between Bogota and Cota in the heart of a large industrial area and the facts are indicated for those who travel to Bogota for work and not for tourism because because of traffic it is very challenging in terms of time to reach the center. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the city, and is very comfortable and comfortable. The hotel is a little noisy and for this, I advise the high floors. The check in was smooth despite arrival latte at night. The 2 receptionists on night duty were very kind and efficient. As a foreigner, I didn't need to pay the 19% VAT for accommodation. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel and I took 577/927 bus from and to airport taking only 20 minutes. The room was basic but clean. Hot shower was good. My room was furthest on the floor, so wifi was weak in room. Overall, Hotel Los Balcones is at least very good as a transit hotel.

Dirty bathroom, hair in the shower, damaged furniture. Dirty looking stained walls. No hand and foot towels, just one large towel. They placed the little that was left of 2 rolls of toilet paper, which made one want to give one to the hotel. Poor quality television signal. The reception service on the night of December 12, AWFUL. In the corridor and adjoining rooms other guests made a huge noise; even yelling profanities and obscenities. When calling the reception they hung up the phone and did not answer. Being after midnight, the lady finally attended me, with the excuse that the signal was bothering me. You could clearly hear her picking up the speaker and hanging up every time she was called. I went for a business trip as I had to catch a flight the next day. I spent the night almost awake. I asked for the invoice and they told me that they would send it to me by email. I'm still waiting for her.
