5 Star Hotels in Bogota

My experience was from the front desk and every other service that they offer. They upgraded my room for free and the room was spectacular. They added an extra touch by providing me with local fruits free of charge. At the front desk they volunteered to helped me plan the stay, routes, transportation, everything was great. At the restaurant I told them what I was looking for and asked them if they had it they didn’t have it on the many but they made it for me anyway, and every time I went afterwards even without me asking they kept making stuff specially for me without being on the menu. The gym, is way better than most fancy gyms you pay a high subscription for. The spa was amazing too. There’s so much. Absolutely everything that the hotel offers is great. And people were so friendly and kind and welcoming and treated me like A VIP, even though I look like a vagabond. They offer transportation which is great because it provides that extra level of safety and security

Stayed here many times. The location is very good. It is close to shopping malls and many entertainment venues. Safety is also guaranteed. It is really a wealthy area.

This hotel is amazing, the suites are HUGE. Bigger than my first apartment. Really enjoy all of the amenities. The staff are very helpful, especially Camillo at the front desk. He helped me with food recommendations and also ordering room service (my Spanish is terrible). I've stayed here twice and it will be my choice for any subsequent trips to Bogota.

Such a wonderful, warm, beautiful hotel. Located in a wonderful neighbourhood, connected to a nice mall, and walking distance to a beautiful weekend market that is open on the weekends. Such kind staff (house keeping, restaurant, front desk, security). Wonderful breakfast (pastries, bread, fresh juice, best eggs I have ever eaten, deli meat, coffee) and 30 minute ride to Chapinero and 10 minute ride to a nearby mall. You can take taxi or Uber and they will even arrive an airport transport (93000 pesos pickup, 70000 pesos depart). I stayed in a suite and it’s bigger than my apartment in the states, comfortable bed. Warm water and very clean. They also have a deal for a free drink at the bar if you don’t utilise house keeping for a day (I am not drinking right now so I didn’t utilise that deal). This was my fourth time in Colombia, but I will return to this hotel. Thank you so much for your kindness.

I stayed at the NH Collection Teleport with my family last month for 10 days. It is a very nice hotel in a great location to everything. We had a very nice room on the top floor and were very comfortable. The hotel team is really what made our stay over the top. They have an outstanding daily breakfast that features everything you would want when you start your day. What separated this experience was the team that work so hard every morning ensuring you have what you need and really are happy to please you. Gloria & Nestor, and the entire breakfast team went above and beyond to make sure our coffee was filled and we had all the little treats that would come out of the kitchen. They would always be smiling and quick to make sure we were quite simply, happy each day. They really made a difference! Well done and thank you! Chef Sandra not only is a tops in her field but she is an even better person. She puts out some of the best food I have had and there is something for everyone! She would come out to speak with us each morning and is just a superb human being. Rosaua was always there making sure we were doing okay and was so helpful with us upon our arrival. Again, Rosaua, made a difference each morning with such a positive attitude and gave a lot of her time to us each and every day. Thank you to everyone! The Ten 10 Bar bartenders Nidia & Juan Pablo were just the coolest to hang out with each time we were in for an Aguila! They are fantastic bartenders but really had superb personalities to match. The gym is very well appointed and has what you need to keep the kilos down! The team in the Spa were wonderful and I had a few deep tissue massages that were phenomenal! The housekeeping team could not have been better as they had our room in perfect order every day and we really appreciated everything you did for us. Excellent experience! Outstanding hotel. John Gomez and Daniel Rey provided outstanding service at Hashi! I have stayed here on multiple occasions and John and Daniel always go out of their way to make me feel welcome.

Wow! Now this is an amazing hotel! Incredible services and staff. From the minute you arrive you will be greeted by a representative that will help you with whatever you need. They also have hotel sponsored transportation. It costs 2X more than Uber but is safe and roomy. Basically, it is a Hyundai Santa Fe but rebranded for Colombia (XLV). The staff is amazing. Smiling the entire time and extremely helpful. They have a small jogging trail map to use but I would recommend doing some research before you arrive. Also on Sunday the street in front of the hotel becomes a two way street instead of a one way street. I had room 324 which had a small balcony that didn't really have a view but allowed me to get fresh air. The restaurant on the ground floor is fantastic and the surrounding area is really nice. A Dunkin Donut shop is just a block away and Zone G is a nice place to walk around. I felt completely safe, but use your street smarts. Don't be flashy and don't flash your phone. Great place to stay. Very pricey $$$$ but worth it if you can spoil yourself! Way to go Bogota and Colombia.

Outstanding service, above and beyond Hilton brand and more in line with Four Seasons. Example: the greeting person Harrison: I had not been here in a couple of years and we arrived late. Coffee service was set up for my company. Other guests drank it all! He corrected it with fresh everything in minutes. Then I remembered- he got me a cappuccino years ago when I was running late to the ride. Over 10+ years Harrison is so much more than a door greeter. Harrison is the face and personality of the hotel. Also on the team that are AMAZING: the concierge Jackson-he can make Columbia come alive and ensure safety. Imbedded in his service is security. The breakfast staff do anything and everything-instantly and in perfect English. The front desk-reception staff insured I had a room when my company booking did not come thru. They made it their problem not mine. I travel the world in nice hotels, and in this one you will feel elevated beyond the brand because of the people. They reflect the best of Colombian culture.

It was definitely a great, and very pleasant experience! A very highly recommended hotel for your business stay in Bogota. The check-in process was very smooth, the staff was very pleasant and helpful, and the food was delicious at the breakfast buffet and at the Asian restaurant
