Their staff asked me to complain about the Gluten Free supply as they have been requesting for many times but no supply till date.
The rest is fine, a bit run down kind of hotel

Location is excellent, right next to the airport and the Mall of America. It would be better if they have more variety in the breakfast.

The location is very good, there is a shuttle bus to MOA every hour, and you can also book a shuttle bus to the airport, which runs every half an hour. The front desk is very friendly, and there is always coffee and hot water.

Very good hotel, convenient location, only a few minutes drive from the nearby shopping mall, the room is clean and tidy, the breakfast is good, the hotel reception staff is friendly, it is worth recommending to stay!

The lady behind the counter ad no personality at!
During check-in the lady asked if we parked in the parking lot.
I politely said we did with a smile.
She told us they charge $3.00 a day for parking in their lot.
I have never heard of a motel charging to park in their parking lot.
Do they think people who are traveling - are walking or some other form of transportation?
The $3.00 isn't a big deal - it's the principle of charging the guests to park in their ot.
We will never again stay in this motel chain!

Everyone there was nice and very pleasant. The hotel shuttle they have is great. It runs to the airport and also the mall.

Hotel was nice & clean. We were given a handicap room which I don’t prefer but it must be all they had left. The room itself had a nasty smell to it but the rest of the hotel was fine.

Tv sound lagged video and had to frequently restart tv to sync
Didn’t use all of the facilities but everything we used was excellent except for the tv
We would prefer and will request a room away from the elevator next time for obvious reasons
