I like this hotel and have stayed here a few times. It is well located near Blackburn just off the M65 at junction 5. The on site pub is nice and there are also numerous places nearby where you can socialise and eat and drink.
The room is of a high standard and modern, the bathroom is more than adequate for shaving or doing makeup properly. The room was warm and comfortable even though it was quite cold outside.
Check-in is straight forward and handled in the adjoining pub. Once you have checked in your key card gives you access into the hotel accommodation. There is a night porter available when the pub is closed but you won't see staff in the hotel accomodation apart from housekeepers in the morning so it's useful if a little discretion is required.

The price was really good, the check in was easy, location was nice and quiet and the room was clean. I can fault it, ive stayed in other places where I paid twice as much and the rooms were horrible. Dinner was lovely as well, only thing that I found lacking to be honest with the english breakfast, the hash browns and bacon let it down slightly. However would love to stay again

Fab service from staff, room was clean and organised. Allocated a room right across from the door to the stairs so was very noisy and there was people slamming doors alot which disrupted our sleep.
Also it was scented toilet roll which isnt always the best choice for ladies (if you know you know )
