The owners are very difficult,they have very strange policies including sending them prove of ID and they also ask for a selfie before even give U a check in details.No money will be returned to U once U cancel for any reason.I went to many different places and I never experienced that treatment as I get here in this property. I would advice to stay away from them,many better accommodations in Birmingham area!!! I would never ever book with them again!!!
