Travelodge Wirral Eastham

Great place with parking, just not convenient to work in the room

We arrived to no power , the no frills hotels is tucked away behind the Starbucks , free for parking ! Which is a plus was also very limited and the quality of junction in and out was slightly dangerous . The hotel though without power upon our arrival was not terrible from the start . The staff were very helpful and tried their best with limited resources and that couldn’t be said about customer service team of Travelodge ! . The large rooms are no frills but do just the job . Not particularly comfortable but it will do for a budget friendly trip to Liverpool, the Wirral or Cheshire oaks outlet all being close . Don’t expect much and it’ll do just fine ! Good location and helpful staff . The hotel is rundown and neee a a good refresh ASAP . Great for Starbucks lovers as the one previously mentioned is seconds away

Not a great trip, NO WIFI & POWERCUTS on two nights of my 3 night stay , i alsohad a bused shower head in my room and sprayed the sealing , i was in room 14 and outside my window was a safety light that stayed on all the time so i felt like i was in blackpool with the illuminations

Staff were brilliant. Considering a power outage they handled it so well. Despite the issues of it the hotel doesn’t deserve a lower rating. Thank you to Helen for her efforts and Oli for the clean room. Me and the family still had a great time thank you

Old fashioned style lodge, quiet, very friendly check in. Decent sized rooms, it’s just a bit old and tired. Enormous pothole blocks the exit of the car park meaning unless you have a large tired car you need to exit from the entrance

Excellent location for Liverpool with near by train station. Close to motorway system and onward journey our catching a boat to Belfast. Wirral and out of town shopping area are also close to hand and the sunlight village.

Quiet hotel, super friendly staff, really comfy bed. No noise from other guests. Room very airy. Easy to access. Wifi login straightforward. Nice powerful shower. Clear picture on TV. Breakfast to go reasonably priced.

The hotel needs refurbishment. Strong bad smell in corridor and bedroom. Hairs in bathroom like it was not cleaned. Paid for 2 nights but left after 1 night. Could not sleep due to worn out bed. Bad experience

Very helpful staff. It shared a car park with Starbucks but at weekends it can get difficult to find a space to park. Also to note is on leaving the 🚗 park there are 3 major potholes at the end where you join the dual carriageway. I did enjoy my stay at the hotel overall and I was there fo 18 nights.
