When we arrived at 6pm the front desk said there was a wait for clean rooms and they could take our luggage and call us when a room was ready. There were other people waiting for rooms as well. Thankfully they found a room before I left the front desk and accommodated us! Great place for kids and adults alike. Will be returning.

It was our first time at The Golden Nugget. We were disappointed in the signage directions—we had to search on our own for the hotel check-in counter. Even though it was evening there were no staff on the floor to help and only one security guard was noted. We were celebrating our anniversary and were especially looking forward to the buffet meal only to find out it had been closed for sometime—even though it is advertised on your website. Another let-down was no slot machines available. Our hotel room was nice but overall the trip was disappointing!

Super nice hotel with super nice room. Had the 1 king/2 queen suite, it was awesome! Showers were super nice! Beds were cozy and the decor/furniture was exceptional. Didn’t utilize the restaurant/bar but it looked very nice. Staff were super nice. Security on site all night. Unbeknownst to me, I accidentally smushed my panic button on my car keys as I was carrying bags through the hotel to leave early in the morning. When I got outside, security was walking to my vehicle to investigate. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Stayed here a couple of nights. The location is good and easy to get to. The room was good. Nothing spectacular. I never stayed at a ****** before and was unimpressed with that aspect. Just not my thing. Overall I felt the hotel was good, needed renovation and just not worth the price.

I am a cancer and dialysis patient and the front desk was so nice to me, (I drove 534 miles) and she got me a beautiful 20th floor room with a fantastic water view! I did pay for a premium room as I heard it was worth paying for. Because I wear a mask I am careful about dining inside restaurants right now so I wanted to get some food to go on the weekend but they did not let me do that. So I went to the snack bar, they had with sandwiches, salads and pizzas and went there a few times on my trip. I also drove around Biloxi and found restaurants. I have to say the room was gorgeous and a fantastic view of the water from all sides and watching the boats was gorgeous and at night a bridge lit up with lights. I kept my drapes open the entire time! (except when I took a shower). My favorite time was night where everything was lit up. :) The slot machines were not kind to me but I did win $20 the first hour and never won anything beyond that. Not complaining too much, because this is common in most ******s. If you win, RUN! The one thing that was kind of downer was the players club. I asked about it but I did not get a card. The impression I got from the players desk was that people just wanted the perks. I asked if there were any incentives to join but other than remimburse you sometime later for your losses, there was no start up play, no free buffet. Most hotels give you something to get you to join. Like free slot play or a t shirt or something. :) The parking for me was not good. I drove in a few driveways to see what parking they had available and then finally went into the garage. I was looking for an open space parking but parked in the garage which was very busy at all times. I liked the non smoking ****** on the 2nd floor. I found myself going there more because its hard to breathe in the smokey ******. (at least for me not being a smoker). The employees were outstanding and friendly! The security team went out of their way to help me. They had a very busy sports bar and I got some good food there. That place was packed! Overall I loved my room, wished I would have won some money and enjoyed my little getaway!

GGuest UserOk hotel, a little pricey, good area around lots of restaurants, had a mouse problem, called the front desk, the attendant did offer a full refund but we declined because it was a Holliday weekend and all hotels were booked but he did give us some money off. Key card stopped working when we got out of the pool so we had to up front to get our cards rekeyed.
GGuest UserMy wife and I spent 4 days in Perdido Key Fl on the beach for vacation. Then, on to Biloxi for a Lynyrd Skynyrd concert Saturday night. We booked a room through Trip.com prior to arrival. We had a nice drive from Perdido Key and were quite surprised at the beauty of the beaches of Biloxi. When we pulled up to the hotel, pleasantly surprised at the condition of the Hampton Inn. The pool is great, plenty of shaded parking, very clean and up to date. The staff was great and even let us check in a bit early with an upgraded room with a view of the beach. The room was clean and comfortable. Microwave and refrigerator in the room. Elevators were quick. Slept great. Breakfast was really good and, again, all staff were very nice and helpful. Will definitely stay there again if revisit Biloxi.
7709ChrisCSee description. Good clean place. Noisy from other guests, no phone in room. Nice view of beach from front lobby, but not the room. Could have so much more going fir them, but they just don't. Iverall, it was a bit disappointing. Lots to do in the area, lots of good food and good people.
Older hotel but rooms were nice, clean, and the staff was wonderful. Everything was sanitized. Really enjoyed my stay will definitely stay again. Was centrally located to everything. Loved the restaurant recommended by the staff. Also gave a Waffle House discount card my favorite breakfast restaurant, which is located in front of their parking lot. Thanks guys for making my stay great 👍
It was a little difficult to locate because of the poor signage. It was very clean and the staff was extremely pleasant. I t was nice to have a free hot breakfast. Our room was nicely decorated however too small issues came up. The coffee pot had no lid and one feather pillow was extremely lumpy and unusable
667lyndseybStayed in Biloxi. The only positives: #1 it’s close to everything including beaches. I understand that you get what you pay for, but I’ve stayed in cheaper hotels that I wasn’t this displeased with. Right out the gate when we checked into room 165, it was HOT in the room with the AC unit running. Luckily the #2 positive is the lady at the front desk was nice and changed our room to one upstairs. That’s it for the positives. Room 254 was cooler-ish, but you can tell that the units are dated (and noisy!) We plugged in 3 different phones in all outlets, and it gave us trouble charging our devices. Super weird. That’s a first for me. Moving on.. mini fridge wasn’t cold. Our drinks and food never made it past “cool”. House keeping did not come around. We placed dirty towels on the floor outside, but they were never replaced. Every time we needed clean towels, we had to ask. The rooms weren’t big at all neither was the pool. We did luck out and had the pool to ourselves once, but mostly it stayed crowded. Breakfast was nothing healthy and no protein. The juice was flavored/artificial tasting. Our ceiling was buckling in some spots. Kind of just a dated hotel. You get what you pay for, but I would look at others and skip this one. I guess I expected better from Days Inn/Wyndham.
GGuest UserTelephone in the room wasn't working. The houseman knocked on our door at 10:40 to ask if we were going to check out or stay over, which he acknowledged that it wasn't check out time yet but he needed to know. I told him we woke up late and was trying to call the front desk to see if we could get an extra 30 minutes to check out and he stated that he didn't have anything to do with that (Rude). At exactly 11 a very unprofessional housekeeper name Crystal knocked on the door to say it's pass check out time and demanded we exit the room within 5 minutes or I wouldn't get my deposit back. We exited the room semi-dressed to be met by other guest leaving & fussing about how rude the same housekeeper was to them and they would never stay again. I told Crystal that she had very poor customer service and she said, ”that's how we like it around here”. I made a complaint to the front desk and the clerk apologized, which I appreciated it but the apology should have came from Crystal. I told the clerk I was trying to call the front desk with my cell phone when I got up to request a late check out but it said all circuits are busy. She told me the phone lines were down all morning. (SMH) I will NEVER stay here again!
PPaperbackPeasantMy sister and I had an amazing stay! The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and service was superb. The (very necessary!) AC worked great. With convenient access to the beach across the street and a bus stop next door, we were conveniently able to get everywhere we needed to go. I was also impressed by the pool: it was clean (with no strong chlorine smell) and situated so that through most of the morning it is in the shade of the building, making it a very comfortable swim even in the middle of the summer. If we come to Biloxi again next year, I know where I'm booking my stay!
Hhhirtz133501The staff was friendly. The property around the far side where they gave me a room was scarey homeless people camped out back and people live around back in the far rooms. Very dirty around there..the first room they gave me was already used the bathroom was being used the door was left open with the door bar. .I went back to staff they changed my room to inside the second room there was a broken tv stand in the middle of the room changed room again ..allseemed well until I took a shower the curtain rod was hanging off the wall and water went everywhere also the ceiling in the bathroom had water damage and the paint was coming off. They offered no breakfast...it was my first time in biloxi I was staying a week. I left the next day I wondered why there were no other cars staying I was told it was a week day. I went to another place they were packed I enjoyed my stay there and the room was less nice breakfast nice room stayed more than a week.
