The service was poor,the check in was not smoothly, the breakfast was no as expected, they removed breakfast sooner as the time the schedule. The eggs was old the not fresh,

Wonderful little city hotel, perfect as a base for a short cycling holiday in the Blend valley. Excellent communication before our arrival (I had some questions when booking), and a warm welcome by the friendly staff. Clean and bright room, comfortable bed, and we were pleased to find a fridge and a coffee machine. They also offer space for bikes. The restaurant was good, too, for two hungry cyclists! Breakfast was perfectly adequate, and check-out easy. We'll be back when we're in the area next time. Grazie mille.

If it's a warm day, you probably won't get a good night's rest here. Only way to cool off at night is to open windows, and there's lots of outside noise from traffic if you do. The staff did their best to ignore us on check in and check out. Breakfast was good and in a nice setting. Rooms were small, but clean.

Fantastic location and a beautiful city, hotel was bang in the middle of the city square stunning place to stay wish we’d stayed for a week.

We booked a family room, as always. Our first visit was long time ago (apx. 12 years ago.) Room still is completely the same. Staff, service, quality and location are great but the rooms really needs to be updated. new furniture, a phone, more wall outlets to charge your phone etc.

As the Gotthard Tunnel often is congested, with hour long waiting at each end, I decided to stay in Biasca to be first in line the following morning. Il Giardinetto proved to be a nice and cost-effective surprise. The room was quite simple, and rightly priced considering that bathroom and shower was shared in the corridor. The restaurant was quite good and a pleasant gathering in the evening.
