Stayed for one night. Even prior to my arrival, interaction by FOM Osaf was friendly and polite. He was the one who checked me in too quickly, upgrading me and offering me a price to include dinner as well as breakfast. Gesture well appreciated. Only around 40% of the rooms are available now as the hotel is going through major renovations. Room was spacious with palace style decor. All things required were available readily in the room. Had dinner at their lawn facing the pool as well as the lake. The view was nice. Food as well as their service was excellent. I opted for south items for Breakfast and could have been more authentic. Spread was good. Surprisingly, the room never got locked when the door was pulled while going out. Anyone can open it from outside too just by twisting the knob. Reported same at the front desk. Overall, it was good stay( in fact my second stay in 5 years) and strongly recommended. Ganesh J Mumbai

I love the good very much, me and my entire family enjoyed each and every moment which we were spent on that place. We really enjoyed food and special thanks to Mr. Negi and his staff. Zaiqaaaa🤩

I was a solo traveller to this beautiful place and the experience was made even more beautiful by the stay at this place. The Royal Club room is just awesome, the view of the Upper Lake from the balcony of this room is something etched out in my mind forever. Followed by the equally good complimentary breakfast sitting outside with a pretty view. Also the food specially at the Zaiqa Restaurant is mind blowing. The type of special tandoori items they have here is just wonderful. Would highly recommend this place for a peaceful, wholesome, enjoyable stay. The staff here is very good, they have helped me by packing me an early breakfast before my exam time. Special mention of the ***ager Mr. Alam who has helped me out so much in an unknown place. Would come back and visit here with my parents and family members

The foods we had are amazing with good quality. The behaviour of stuffs are very good and they are too much cooperative as well. We enjoy the food. Only one thing I want to bring in notice here to improve the quality of dessert. Like we had rasgulla and rasmalai. The softness of these items not upto the mark. Beside thease things the variety of starters and main courses are delicious and best I can say.

Excellent food and service. Garden side Dining area was just perfect with lake views fresh air with comfort and privacy of home as hotel team provided us with the whole garden area. It really was the most comfortable dinners we ever had as enough play area for the kids.Hosted the birthday dinner small event for family group of 12, it was very well ***aged by Mr Bhupendra and whole team of Marble Arch.Definitely looking forward to host more dinners here. Thank you Marble Arch team .

Noor sabha Bhopal in this best location VIP ROAD ,in upper lake and bhopal pahadi area , and noor sabha place in 4 restorent front cafe latte This is amazing coffee and dessert , and second zaika , this is muglai food ,yammi 3erd Ming ,,,,, and 4 th MBA, all food mention , Cafe latte staff mahendra, yogesh komal rajesh sir ,ajab singh all staf is behavior best always keep smile, coffee and all food amazing , my visit successful... The venue for the engagement was nothing less than dream come true, it was surreal experience. Ms. Goshiya Khan's excellent ***agerial skills were evident right from ideation to execution. She was instrumental in getting the perfect blend of decoration, light and sound arrangement and not to mention succulent food.

Outstanding hotel and rooms. This heritage property is a must experience if you're in Bhopal. They've got good mix of contemporary and traditional feel. Nice wonderful place, food is soo tasty, most of the ***agement is nice behaviour and friendly.. thanks to Mr Alam & Mr Rahul for making our trip memorable
