Normally, I would have been upgraded to a better room, but at the time, there was high demand. With good intentions, the staff initially alocated me a ”standard” room in the newer part of the building, which had more modern decor. In the event, I asked to see one of the normal standard rooms, and I concluded that it was more suitable. In both cases, floor space was at a premium. The older standard rooms have the saving grace of having some shelf space both in the bedroom and the bathroom. This means you have somewhere to put those odds and ends that you frequently use..The standard room and bathroom strike me as being the same size as a red Ibis hotel room. The bathroom might even be smaller. However, the presence of adequate shelf space made a big difference. In order to free up floor space so that I had somewhere to open up my suitcase, it was necessary to eject a surpus chair which served no useful purpose. The hotel staff told me to just leave the chair outside my door. About 2 days later, I noticed that there were 4 or 5 similar chairs stacked at the end of the coridor, so it appears that other hotel guests came to the same conclusion about the chair as myself. The hotel has a breakfast area but does not have its own restaurant. There are chinese, japanese restaurants and a kebab bar within very short waking distance. At the top of the hill, there are more restaurants in Place Jean Jaures. The hotel has its own parking garage, which is charged for. Vehicle access is easy. You need your room key to drive in and out. The only problem is getting the elevator to go down to the garage. You need to stick your key into a card reader to select the garage. Unfortunately the card reader in the elevator was somewhat hit and miss while I was there. I complained about it many times. Hopefully they have doe something about it by now, The hotel reception staff were as helpful as they could possibly be. I don't think I would come to this hotel again, unless they gave me a room upgrade. In my opinion, the rooms suffer the same problem as red Ibis rooms. They are too small for double occupancy, unless 2 people are sharing 1 suitcase. The situation is, however, mitigated by the provision of shelf space..

Hotel Imperator Beziers

After a day’s cycling you want a nice hotel, in a good location with good sized rooms and bathrooms. The Hotel Imperator has all of these together with very helpful staff. Located in central Bezier the hotel is close to good food and a large square. It is a popular part of town. Our room was on the second floor overlooking the street, and it has an elevator. It was large with a good sized bathroom, but strangely the toilet was in a small separate space. Good if someone is in the bathroom and someone else needs the toilet. The shower is over the bathtub and strangely doesn’t have a shower curtain. It is impossible not to have water on the floor unless you kneel down in the bath. Not the most comfortable way to shower. Breakfast consists of a small selection of cereal with plenty of fruit, yoghurts, pastries and meat and cheese. Orange or apple juice was available as well as coffee and teas. The bed was firm but comfortable and the air conditioning worked well.
Zenitude Hôtel-Résidences Béziers Centre

Decent size studio, clean and well equipped. The kitchenette is super convenient in times of COVID. Good WiFi. Great location - central and close to the must see spots in the city. We managed to find a parking spot in an adjacent street, just a few meters away from the hotel (Zenitude has a private parking though if needed). All in all, a smooth stay! A great and excellent value choice in Beziers.

Lovely hotel, safe area of Beziers! I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and in particular appreciated that they offered parking (for a fee), but it made life so much easier. Finding parking in old French towns can be very difficult and I always try to ensure that I can book it when I book the hotel. This is usually an extra request. The hotel is lovely, the staff is so friendly and they made my stay very enjoyable. The room was very quiet even though it was facing the street. The town itself is ok. I did not find a decent restaurant to have dinner though. This is a very diverse town and if I had to do this over again, I would stay outside of town. I honestly didn't feel that comfortable walking around alone in the evening, and it being November, it got dark at 5:30 p.m. The town is very picturesque from the afar, the old bridge etc., but the old part really hasn't been maintained. Considering how beautiful Aix is, or Antibes etc., this town really needs a major infrastructure investment.
Premiere Classe Beziers

Premiere Classe Beziers is a hotel located in the surroundings of the homonymous city (Béziers), in the South of France. The hotel is cheap and it has free parking. It is a good on-route hotel. The room has a bunk bed, where my daughter enjoyed a lot. On the other hand, it is far from the center. The room and bathroom are too small, it is not comfortable. It has not lift.

We had to spend a stay at the village of Oc - Domain du lac in Beziers. 3 days before I was announced a partnership end for this site, so not the choice (due to the dates and budget) to get out of this residence if we wanted to stay in Beziers even because otherwise the other proposal was at Cap d'Adge... (Thank you weekendsk! A very hearty arrival, but in a little attractive environment = disappointment. The tone is given through a small booklet ... house to do, empty its powders ... shortly all right we are on holiday for so-called in You can't take it before 9:15 pm, but here is the ”must” so super practical part of the time if you want to plan a trip, out or other ... bahhh you are blocked or you walk away the empty stomach and you're noticed after ... Therefore it's certain that it's a place where we won't go back !

Very well located hotel close to the highway. Clean, rooms are small but there is everything you need including a kettle with coffee and tea. Nice service. Available 24 hours a day. Parking is not too large but it was possible to fit. Recommend on 1-2 nights .
