The hotel service was excellent and the staff were very friendly especially Hakan, Ulzhan, Gokhan and others.👍The breakfast at the restaurant was good and the service was superb. 👍The hotel is ideally located near the Metro and Tram stations that are well connected to the places of interest namely Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Spice Bazaar, Grand Bazaar, palace, museum and etc. We really enjoyed our 6 nights stay at The Halic hotel. 👍

No problem. The room is big and the staff is very nice. Because I stayed here twice, I got a room upgrade and dessert for the second time. It’s better than the ones sold outside. The only drawback is that it’s not very close to the subway station. It’s a walk. It takes 8-10 minutes, but it’s completely acceptable

The location is in the middle of the old city in the south and the new European city in the north. It is a ten-minute walk from Galata Bridge and Galata Tower. The bus and subway are quite convenient, and it is easy to get in and out, but the surrounding environment is a bit messy. The room is overall good, the furniture design and layout are reasonable, and it is very convenient to store things and live. But the room is a bit small and the shower room is cramped. The bedding is very average, and the level of toiletries is not high. I booked a sea view room. Unfortunately, there is a dilapidated old building with no aesthetics on the left half opposite. It is not worth paying 30% more for the room. On the contrary, because it faces the street and is close to the bridge, the roar and noise of vehicles are endless. , thinking it would be better if there were fewer cars at night, but it never stopped from day to night. The hotel's service is quite good. The reception and service staff are friendly and courteous. The lady who received me was very warm and sincere. In addition, the restaurant on the 9th floor has a good view and the service attitude is very good, which smoothed my disappointment with the room. Quite a few.

It's very good. It's only 10 minutes away from the pier, subway, and attractions. The restaurant on the ninth floor has a great view and the food in the restaurant is also good. It's worth recommending. Except for the fact that the front desk didn't help with the rental scam on the first day, everything else was fine.

You need 3 things for city-holiday in Istanbul. Good location for the connection to public transport, a nice room/breakfast and good service. This hotel has 4: all the first 3 in perfect form, and an extraordinary friendly team. Thank Wassim, Eda and the whole team for everything. Hope, see you again very soon.

Friendly staff, nice modern hotel. View on the water is fantastic if not for the huge dilapidated building right opposite, but that’s hardly a hotel’s fault.

Amazing stay. We stayed for a week and never had to complain about anything. The staff from bottom to top floiw were attentive helpful and always friendly and smiling. Gerem at the reception is a Gem and assisted us with everything we needed. A big thank you to the full staff. This is my place for any future trip to istanbul. Ah forgot to mention the stunning views from 9th floor day and night.
