We are given a nice and comfortable room, all the staff were friendly and nice most especially mr. ruel and ms. adrien in the pantry area. They were so helpful and always making sure we are okay and happy with our stay. No doubt, we will comeback again. Thank you holiday inn express in croydon for the wonderful stay.

The breakfast was decent, and the staff were friendly.
If you’re in a rush, you can grab-and-go pastries and hot drinks (coffee, tea, juice, and hot chocolate).

Very good location in the centre of Croydon. Looks as though it is fairly new hotel as rooms very clean and nice. My room was a good size with a sofa and table. The only negative thing to say is the hotel is tucked away down an alley and I would not be happy to walk down there by myself in the dark as there were some dodgy people around.

How can you enjoy something when you couldn’t go as our concert was cancelled. Oh but the hotel still took there money. So out of pocket not only in this hotel but the train tickets too.
Won’t be going to Croydon anytime soon that’s for sure

The rooms were spacious and well-lit, with a simple yet elegant decor. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep without any disturbances.

Booked this as I had an early flight out of Gatwick and needed two nights in London, this Holiday Inn was a fraction of the price of the one in London city and is relatively well connected being only a 10 minute walk to the Croydon station which serves both London and Gatwick via frequent train service. The check-in was easy and the staff was friendly and polite. Rooms are basic, but clean- exactly what you want out of a short stay. Good value, especially when compared to some of the outrageous prices other Holiday Inns are charging these days. Would stay again.
