The hotel is next to the riverwalk, next to the station, CVS, the front desk does not speak Chinese, the clean and tidy location is very good, the building is very historic and very characteristic. The variety of buffets in the morning is not too much.

The hotel is in a great location. Everything is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The Alamo is a two-minute walk away, and the restaurant is right on the Riverwalk, making outdoor dining fun. The room was nice - two beds, a small sofa, easy to operate TV, wardrobe, refrigerator, coffee maker, etc. There is an ice machine and a water refill station near the elevator.

Great experience. Very stylish and good location near St Paul Square restaurants. The staff was very polite and attentive. Everything is brand new and they have a bar and coffee shop inside. Rooms were well appointed and very comfortable.

First of all the staff was friendly and helpful. No problems there. Room was just ok. Breakfast was ok. No coffee...just an instant coffee machine. Not a Keurig either. That would've been a better chioce. Nescafe coffee and it was gross. Pool was good. Location is good for most places to go in San Antonio. Difficult to get in and out of at certain times of the day. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again. Just needs to be updated badly. Mattresses are not comfortable and had a hard time sleeping. We stayed for 3 days. No sleep and no coffee. It's personal to me to have a comfortable bed and coffee. Especially when I'm paying for those things.

Went to Lackland AFB for graduation. 11 minutes away from the base. Wasn’t too bad of a distance. The hotel was nice and clean. The breakfast was good also. I would recommend this hotel for anyone traveling for BMT graduation.
