I had a very nice stay. Staff was very helpful. Room was beautiful and very clean. Beds are absolutely the most comfortable I slept on in a long time. Will use this hotel again and I'll recommend to anyone going to that area. I booked on Trip.com for a pretty big discount.

Hotel was very clean and well kept. Was impressed by the breakfast, and the options to use real dishes/cutlery to reduce waste. Our unit had a well stocked kitchenette and lovely bathroom.

Rooms were clean and big. I was not expecting a full kitchen only thing missing was a gas stove! My only issue was no early check in flexibility…if I’m paying over $200 for a 2 night stay I expect some flexibility. The 3pm check in is TOO LATE. I’m a Hilton honors member and only stay at Hilton’s usually I’m met with flexibility regarding early check ins! I was surprised that they were not accommodating of that and obviously wanted to charge for a full night/ $25 extra for literally checking in at 1pm. We were planning on coming at 7am to bethlehem but unfortunately had to change plans due to this hotel trying to charge us for A whole night:/ Overall, we had no issues except this early check in obstacle we were facing and were quite taken back when we were met with no flexibility. We’ve stayed at grand enclaves during beach season and they were way more accommodating without trying to charge us for a whole night! The coffee station & the breakfast was a plus.

The property was fine. The people at the front desk were very unprofessional. Nephew and aunt. He literally banged on the window to get their attention. At 3pm only a couple rooms were cleaned. The fact I showed up at 247 and was told “our system will not let you check in until 3pm or it will charge you $25” is completely untrue. I’ve stayed at many Hilton properties and would never have been asked to wait 13 minutes to check in my room for $25. Very nonchalant the young gentleman was, about everything.

The property offers very nice suites, with very decent furniture. However, the staff unfortunately is not professional and not courteous at all. I suggest for the staff manager to show some courtesy to the guests.

breakfast was ok--------Too many kids ---I like kids but not when there is twice as many as adults when you are trying to eat .Could have been this certain weekend ?
