This could be a great hotel but the carpets needs to be replaced, and the rooms refreshed. They are old and musty. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. On the other hand the rooms are very spacious, the bed is very comfortable and the staff is very knowledgeable and attentive. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Areas of the property were under renovation, which were needed. Rooms not under reno weren't being maintained/serviced. Housekeeping could be better. The room was quite adequate, will be nice when it gets proper maintenance.

The hotel has balconies, very spacious rooms, and extremely cold A/C unit. The bathrooms are very large and the hotel staff (front desk a.m./p.m.) was the BEST out of all the hotels I visited while staying 9 days in Panama.

We did not stay at this hotel!!! When trying to book a room for Panama City FLORIDA, in error I booked here. I immediately noticed the error as we were no where need Panama Mexico and tried to cancel. An agent from ********** even called the hotel directly and they refused to refund the one night stay even though they knew we would not be staying there! Very poor customer service.
