their location is very good, accross open field, perfect for workout (outdoor walk) by morning or afternoon. The staff are friendly and helpful. also the room is clean I've tried their breakfast buffet, so delicious they have local specialty foods, and it is nice able to try them. keep up the good work

The Aircon in my room kind of hot but beside that everything is fine

One of the great hotels located in downtown Palu. Friendly bf kind staffers, and provide a good selection of breakfast. The hotel manager will come to each table and have a little chit chat with the costumer. The room is spacious and clean. The pool is nice and close to the gym on the 3rd floor. You can see the things around the hotel from the pool. From this hotel you can go anywhere around downtown Palu. The only drawback is the internet. There are times when the internet is down for like 15 minutes. However, I don’t mind staying in this hotel again in the future.

Usually the breakfast food at Santika is really delicious... But at the Santika Palu hotel, it feels a bit lacking... Please improve... The smoking area isn't "humane" either Hehehe... It's really far from the breakfast place :(

Strategic location, clean hotel, friendly hotel staff, lots of choices for breakfast even though it's not delicious.

My husband have travelled solo for business job, suddenly in the middle of the night he hear someone open his door, but luckily he had this second lock at the room, when the person who open the room realize it cant be open his gone asap , the hotel is not safe.
