Malgré le chauffage à 20o.tres froid mal isoler. Pas de bouilloire pour café, wifi ne marche pas, pour ouvrir porte de chambre à clé refaire 2 tours sinon on arrive pas à l ouvrir, petit déjeuner ds une pièce frigorifié même pas à l accueil un distributeur de café. Isolation 00000.personnel très accueillant. Il y a sûrement quelques améliorations à faire

Cet hôtel est à quelques mètres en sortant de la gare de Besançon Viotte. A l’accueil à 22h il n'y avait personnes. Nous étions 4 à attendre la personne pour nous donner la chambre. Le samedi matin la jeune fille à l'accueil était de plus sympathique. Nous sommes un couple, mais il n'y avait qu'un jeu de serviettes et pas de savon dans la douche. La viennoiserie et surtout le pain n'était pas bon.

L'hôtel en lui-même est standard: basique mais propre. J'ai eu en revanche la mauvaise surprise de retrouver au matin mon lit envahi de punaises de lits écrasées après m'avoir piquée. Apparemment, l'hôtel est au courant mais dans ce cas pourquoi louer la chambre tant que le problème n'est pas réglé ? Non seulement j'ai été piquée mais en plus je risque d'en ramener chez moi...

L'hôtel est juste top. Tout y est très clean, rien n'a redire. Un super accueil de la part des deux demoiselles de la réception. Elles ont été d'une grande aide pour mon voyage. Très professionnel, je recommande.

Très bien, chambre refaite et isolée. Il y a un bon espace de travail et une salle de bains spacieuse (baignoire) C’est un hôtel bien situé (parking de ville payant) Accueil a toute heure, mais il vaut mieux réserver. Personnel disponible et à l’écoute.
