One of my worst experiences. Less than insufficient. The hotel could use a lot of updating, in terms of furnishings and mentality. Going up to the rooms with the stairs (first floor) I come across a trolley with sheets covered with a very dusty cloth. Proceeding towards the room I notice that almost all the doors are peeling. the room is quite spacious, but on the small balcony there is an ashtray full of cigarette butts. I kindly ask reception to clean it up. The request will remain a dead letter. The shower has a handle that risks getting stuck in the hand, the taps are rusty. The bed stinks. And it stinks a lot. Falling asleep is a challenge, despite the use of perfumes, deodorants... The smell is of vinegar. Stay. The TV has faded, sepia-toned images; despite the attempt to restore color they remain like this. In the morning no buffet but a small tray with two sandwiches, hood, 2 slices of cheese and one of cold cuts. I embezzle two yogurts. I wash it all down with jug juice (good). I tell everything at reception by answering the question "did you have a good stay?". The employee writes something down on a yellow post it. I say goodbye and collect the car from the free internal parking (the only positive note). Ah... payment required upon arrival at the hotel, first thing. I won't be returning.
