Everything was excellent! We had a horrible experience at a different hotel the previous night and messaged the staff at this hotel for a possible early check in. They responded and were able to get us our hotel room, Schneewittchen, as soon as we arrived! They were excellent! They changed our vacation to a positive one and the property and people were wonderful!

Good location in Bernkastel, but missed the mark. Don’t take my rankings for this hotel meaning it is bad. But we have been in Germany for over two weeks and have stayed at 6 other hotels, and this was the one that just didn’t meet the same standards. It is in a great area and the room was pretty clean, but they do need a good amount of maintenance. The coat rack fell out of the wall, there was a missing magnifying mirror in the bathroom (just a post coming out of the wall with nothing attached). I was hoping for better for the price and the area. The breakfast was good, but we had dinner at the restaurant and that was mediocre at best. Some of it looked to be a possible short staffed issue.

Das Essen war in Ordnung, die Weinempfehlung ebenfalls. Allerdings war es einmal mehr auffällig, daß ich, als Alleinreise, an einen "Katzentisch" gesetzt wurde, während der Alleinreisende Herr selbstverständlich einen schönen und bequemen Tisch erhalten hat.

Das am Rande der Fußgängerzone gelegene kleine Hotel bietet sehr individuell und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattete Zimmer zu einem jeweils anderen Märchen. Das RAPUNZEL Zimmer verfügt neben Schlafraum, Sitzecke und großzügigem Wohnraum über eine abgeschirmte Terrasse mit Sitzecke sowie einen Whirlpool. Der Name sollte allerdings nicht dazu verleiten, das Hotel richte sich schwerpunktmäßig an Kinder. Vielmehr ist alles gezielt auf Paare ausgerichtet. So lassen sich auch finnische Sauna, Badewanne und großer Whirlpool im Spa-Bereich lediglich für eine bestimmte Zeit privat reservieren zu einer zusätzlichen Gebühr. In der zum Teil sehr alten Bausubstanz ist alles überaus sauber. Allerdings gibt es keinen Aufzug. Das Frühstück ist völlig ausreichend, das Personal freundlich. Das zugehörige Restaurant bietet eine überschaubare Auswahl in guter Qualität, wobei der Schwerpunkt jedoch deutlich auf dem Hotel liegt. Meine Bewertung bezieht sich daher ausschließlich auf das Hotel.

Fantastiskt! Fantastiskt trevligt litet hotell! Perfekt läge mitt inne i gamla stan och hotellet ett vackert korsvirkeshus från 1600-talet. En god frukostbuffe’ och restaurang. En otroligt trevlig personal gjorde vistelsen perfekt.

Prachtige thema kamers, zeer uitgebreid ontbijt en heerlijk vers, kannetje koffie aan de tafel, paar parkeerplekken voor gasten. Wel reserveren. Wij hadden de kamer gottin des glucks, Safari thema, 2 verdiepingen, een klein balkon, open haard, hadden we niet nodig met 29 graden 😆 en op de 2e verdieping van onze kamer een jacuzzi, apart toilet en douche op de begane grond
