A good hotel local to the city and accessible by tram, in a quiet location. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable with a view of the city. The room contains a fridge stocked with refreshments that you have to pay for with tea and coffee provided. The bathroom contained little touches with sealed packets of ear buds, nail file and tooth picks which is nice touch. Buffet breakfast was good with a nice variety of food catering for all tastes however the plates are quite small so be prepared for a few trips back and forth to the buffet. The pool was good but cold when first entering so be prepared ro swim a few laps ro warm up.

Hotel with good Sauna room and swimming pool, but the water is cold during spring period. We like the service of the staffs, especially one of the beautiful girl as a receptionist, friendly and caring.

Really good location. Since it’s a bit of a distance to the city it’s great to have free access to public transport. Room was really nice and clean. Really nice swimming pool and training facilities as well. Great price as well!!

I gave so many points because there is no option to give 0 points. I booked this hotel at first because it was convenient to go to the ancient city. In addition, I rented a car and parking was free. After seeing it on the spot, there was a big gap. There was no four-diamond standard. It was just a little better than the Hanting chain, not as good as the all-seasons. I don't know how this rating was rated. It's okay to be a little more expensive, but it can't be misleading. The worst thing is hygiene. I booked two rooms. There was a peculiar smell when I walked into room 113, so I opened the window for ventilation. I didn't expect that I would have intensive phobia of small insects at night. Everyone can see the picture for themselves. Change the room, 113 is changed to the upper floor, it's okay. There is another room to change, so I looked at the last room. The toilet had a peculiar smell, so I didn't change it. I was very scared all night, afraid that insects would fall on me. Why doesn't this hotel install screens? When I checked out the next day, the front desk seemed to be fine, as if nothing had happened. Thank you Ctrip for the communication here! This hotel must be avoided!

Very clean. The front desk service is great. There is a Japanese restaurant downstairs.

The hotel is located a little out of the way, you have to walk 1.5 km everywhere, but the room is too small for three people

Free parking. There is a tram stop right outside the hotel, which is very convenient. The ladies at the front desk are all very nice. We were given free tram tickets, but there was a problem with downloading the tickets. The lady was very patient and helped us get it right, making us feel at home. All the clerks are very polite and I haven't encountered a bad one Every room has been renovated, it has large glass windows and I am very satisfied with the view of the Capitol Building , the hotel I stayed in in Geneva before also got 5 points. This hotel in France is produced by the same group. I spent a pleasant day here. 

The hotel is far from the center of Bern but very well connected by tram. With the accommodation they give you a code to use the city's public transport. The staff was very friendly, we checked in around 11 in the morning and the room was already available. The room was clean but the triple room was quite small, there was hardly any space left. The pillows were too thin and uncomfortable although the mattress was comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Bern is so beautiful, the hotel is very clean, there is a bus at the door, it is very convenient to go to the city center.

About 10 minutes by tram from Bern Central Station. Although I didn't use it this time, there seems to be a sauna and pool as well. Many tourists came from Asia. The rooms are clean and the cost performance is not bad overall.

The hotel sent a one-day bus ticket, and there is a tram at the door to the old city, which is very convenient. very good.
