Location is in the Center of the city. It is very convenience to go to anywhere. The room is decorated beautifully and service staffs are very kinds. The room is clean and new.
The restaurant in it serves good food. However, there is no enough cabinet space for hanging clothes and store clothes for people who live longer the 2 days. We had to put our clothes within our luggages. No air conditioner to provide cold air in the early May. The room temperature is more than 25 degrees. If open air conditioner, the roof temperature reached 28 degree. It is too hot for us.

房間非常乾淨，佈置温馨得體，暖氣非常好，冬天保持在24度左右，非常舒適。酒店服務熱情，餐廳能夠提供三餐，有各種美食可選，早餐花樣很多，每天都有驚喜，有點住習慣了的感覺，加油！

裝修還不錯，鏡子上燈的開關，晚上特別亮，關不掉，可能由於下雨原因，房間有點潮，房間不隔音，走廊服務員打掃房間講話聽的特別清楚，坐在沙發聽前台嘮嗑的聲音也很大，逛街還是很方便的，希望服務能提升一下，畢竟這麼大酒店，檔次在本地也算高檔酒店了

酒店位置可以，不難找到，停車也很方便，早餐還可以一般需求可以滿足，值得説的是酒店整體服務人員態度都很不錯，有問題積極解決，自帶車可以考慮來這裏

帶父母從丹東泡温泉回鐵嶺的中途休息一晚。非常好！位置優越，交通方便，在本溪站斜對面，屬於車站商圈。酒店門前有車位，後院還有個大停車場，不用為泊車發愁。房間整潔乾淨，備品及設施都很好，也很隔音。早餐是中西自助，雖然沒有很大的枱麪但品種足夠用，味道也好。還有現煮的麪條和餛飩。服務人員更是熱情專業，非常貼心，登記和離店是都送了温熱的飲用水，退房後給我還沒發動車就給我打電話告訴我我的小手套遺落房間了，還特意給我送下來。細節決定一切，這家店的服務理念非常暖心。以後來本溪還會住❤️
