The hotel is located in the heart of the city of BH, the hotel is a good structure, the room and a large bathroom. As I have already researched and confirmed, the shower water does not warm. The hotel has a very bad bath if you don't like cold water, but I have been in this hotel for two days and there was no room service (reinigung, cleaning). The breakfast is very simple, I don't know if there was an opportunism due to the pandemic, but it's all very simple, I've been hosting other hotels during the pandemic and that was not the point I had. I am therefore suspected that there was a possibility of restricting varieties at breakfast, justified by the moment, but the hotel has a parking, but it is small and tight, with limited vacancies. But there is the possibility of leaving the car in front of the hotel. I had read the bad service of the receptionists, and I had a very opposite experience. The hotel price is relatively good, justifying the cost/benefit.

The hotel is well located,comfortable,modern,the staff are perfect,excellent sleep night but the breakfast coffee does not follow the quality of the hotel,as good mining value a quality black coffee (which is not the case)and a fresh bread, bought on the day(because you have an excellent supermarket in the same quarter (which is not the case, bread is hard, hard to cut), I must also say that breakfast is NOT included on the day,it was paid, and the minimum you expect is a strong, incrusted mining coffee and a fresh bread. So, if you care about this factor, take your breakfast outside the hotel.

The hotel has a super good location for the day activities, near the city road, well in the center of BH. The service was very nice, but we had contact with the receptionists only, we can't talk about the rest of the team. We stayed at the ninth floor, and even being high, because it was a apartment in front of the Avenue had a lot of noise, and almost next to the hotel has a church (beautiful) that touches the sun early in the morning, contributing to more noise. The walls are fine and gives to listen to guests from the other rooms. King bed super good, room with good space, few takes, clean bathroom. It even makes it to walk elsewhere, but we find the surroundings very dark and there are many people who ask for money in the streets.

The hotel structure has served me well, comfortable room, and very tasteful breakfast. The building is very old! I know that because it is a historic building you can't put air conditioning but it is charged as if it had. The bed is not good: small and old. Besides the furniture of the room are old. There is a excess of bureaucracy in the reception with RG only physically and having q to leave the key at the same every time you go out on the street. And to enter, if you have a row, you have to wait to pick up the key that vc has checkined before. I liked the bathroom and breakfast was good!
