Belleair Beach Resort Motel

Able to check in 3 hrs. early. Staff was accommodating. Older property but clean. On the ocean and very affordable.

Liked my stay there. The property is on the beach. Its quiet and peaceful. Pool is nice and warm and my kids enjoyed a lot. Nick who was caretaker on Saturday night was good to talk to.They also have a shuffleboard game which was an attractive options. They have grills and chairs next to the beach where you can relax. Felt very relaxing. Decent sized room. It's a good place to spend a few days for your vacation if you are looking for a place close to beach. They also provide toys/chairs for the beach. A few suggestions: Kitchenette was missing some basic things like cutting knife, mixing spoons, covers for the pots/pans. Our room particularly didn't have the sliding door with mirror for the closet.

The spacious parking lot, well maintained swimming pool, and beach in our backyard made our time here enjoyable. Our two-day stay was fantastic, with an amazing beach view, convenient beach access, and beautiful sunset views. We're definitely planning to return. Thanks for making our stay pleasant and memorable.

Room was clean a little out dated but in good shape. And not far from Clear Water FL

Very clean and private. Have their own path to the beach. No high rise condos near by, in a residential area with direct access to the beach. Small fridge and microwave.

It was great to be right on the beach with endless walking possibilities . Such a lovely area surrounding the motel. We found everything clean and in good condition. Fortunately the motel information stated that there is no dining option within walking distance so we were prepared for that.

This is a very nice, older beachside motel. The owners have kept up with maintenance, making it a good short term alternative to the higher priced condos on the beach which charge a cleaning fee. They are located in a residential area, but many restaurants and shops are within easy driving distance.

If you bikini you’d drive right by this gem . It’s off the tourist path . Grounds , room , and common areas were very clean and felt current . Check in was easy and Kathy was pleasant .. the beach was amazing and less than 100 yards from our room . My wife and I are “Locals” and said we need to make this our weekend getaway . That’s when the disappointment set in. The “rules” that are posted , especially around check out were unlike any hotel / motel we’d ever stayed in . We asked about a late check out . Hard no . You have to be out of your room at 11. Ok cool . Are we able to stay on the property for an hour or two after check out ? Hard no . You and your vehicle must be off the property by 11:30 . No exceptions . Based on the amount of tow away zone parking signs and threats of towing it was not an option . I kindly asked why so strict . It feels like they wanna throw you out . The lady said I’m sorry , it’s just the policy . I asked if we could even pay for a couple hours . Hard no . When we pulled out of the parking lot at 11:30 , there were less than 9 cars in the parking lot with more than 30-35 spaces. Keep in mind , they make it every clear you can’t check in before 4. So sad . Cute clean place with semi friendly host , left a terrible taste in our mouth feeling forced out .

No restaurants in walking distance. Beach and amenities were great! Check in was very efficient.
