以下評價皆是主觀判斷，不會因為其他因素而脱離對住宿真實情況的説明：
環境：4.0（本次所住房號為412，有一説一，環境真的不敢恭維，我也是被網上的圖片矇蔽了雙眼，地方倒是還行，有桌子，辦公很方便，然後有個插線板在旁邊，不怕線不夠長，可能也就衹有這點算是個優點了吧）
設施：4.0（設施非常不滿意的就是噴淋的問題，首先他熱水器並沒有一直開着，你得自己開，要麼你就叫前台弄，其次就是噴頭出水有問題，不正常，不是噴的那種，是很小的水流在流，根本洗不了澡，我洗頭都是在洗手盆那兒洗的）
服務：4.5（服務的話，因為住了一晚就退了走了，沒有啥服務，不過我被關廁所了[412外面有門把手，裏面沒有，關死了就沒辦法從裏面開]，我打電話叫他幫我開門，他還是上來了）
性價比：4.0（嗯…要不是五一到處瘋漲，我可能不會住這兒，大家懂得都懂）
