在居民樓區，近醫院近地鐵站，走幾步路就是生活超市，蠻便利的。店家人很好，衞生打掃很乾凈，有廚房，冰箱洗衣機都有，推薦入住~

出地鐵五棵松站走幾分鐘就到了，一個院子裏面住宅樓的一套房子其中一間，乾淨衞生，有廚房可做飯。出門多個美食店和餐廳，便宜可口，太方便了。店家態度很好，有問必答，還免費升級大床房，一次愉快滿意的住宿。

房租在北京這個地段算便宜的了，但是，這個廁所很不方便門離馬桶很近，你上個廁所別人都能看見，更別説洗澡了，這麼熱的天，都不敢在裏面洗澡，好的地方有，裏面有洗衣機，廚房，吹風機，就和家裡麪差不多，衹是空間小一點，我退房前一天，房東就發訊息來問我明天什麼時候走😓我説中午十二點之前，結果她叫打掃衞生的阿姨九點就來打掃，那麼著急的嘛😓

廚房用品齊全，洗衣機，冰箱空調效果很好，出門在外主打一個方便，簡單做飯曬衣服都很方便。離地鐵站很近，出遊方便，老闆人很好，給的價格實惠，我們一家人一開始預訂三晚後面又續了四天，很適合出遊住宿
