房間地板裂開的有縫
梳粧鏡子沒有
吹風機插頭插不進壞了 燒熱水的插座是好的
外賣沒有機器人送取服務
我開了2天 沒有主動詢問要不要打掃 要自己聯繫前台 退房倒是電話很積極
洗澡熱水開關打開 到熱水最大化 要等很久

哎呀怎麼説呢～
突然就想寫出來
入住一天～
剛進房間時直接趴到床上休息，對着枕頭，看到上面有很多毛髮，打電話給前台讓阿姨換掉，阿姨進來絕口不提毛髮，衹説這是新枕套～我也就不多計較換了就行，要了個滾刷又粘一下就出門了～
晚上回來，11：30左右準備洗澡，拿出洗澡腳墊，看到上面密密麻麻的小黑蟲在蠕動，又驚嚇又噁心，打電話交總枱來處理，一個男生來了，看了，給我解釋説：沒事，這好像因為潮濕………。
我打斷了他
1.跟蟲子怎麼來的沒關係，重點它不應該出現
2.用我膚淺的認知想了一下，幾小時應該長不出來蟲子吧。
3.我是收到了驚嚇，不是沒事
這時的時間讓我進退兩難，換酒店吧太晚了，還要收拾行李還要找酒店。明早還有事，換房間吧也是一樣，將就吧
第二天10點退房，把房卡放在前台，在大廳等車10分鐘就走了
下午13：30接到酒店電話，當時正在處理其他事情不太方便
電話那邊，直接道歉不好意思。早上你放了房卡就走了，我們也不確定是你………加您個微信，給您寄個小禮物……～～
我：……………
難道退房不是放了房卡就離開嗎？還要幹嘛？我退房時前台還是空的，也沒有人看我。還有我在大廳等車10分鐘，如果當時你們覺得電腦搞報表或者幹嘛更重要，自然沒時間處理客户的事情。
早上下樓，碰到了在給俄羅斯人介紹酒店情況，看着像出兑還是幹嘛～
所以沒時間管理吧
我也是搞店，都會遇到問題，主要是怎麼解決問題。實際上這種問題，倒是可以去感同身受一下，應該會有新的體會。我是怕蟲子，可能你們怕蛇啊狗之類的，或者怕衞生，就用毛巾擦馬桶之類吧，總之你怕什麼你就去消費什麼。看看別人是怎麼處理的，自己你覺得別人怎麼處理你才滿意

住過最差的亞朵，沒有比這個體驗更糟糕的酒店了。嚴重懷疑這是一個假亞朵。入住酒店兩天，下午6點發現房間裏有煙頭，枕頭上有蜘蛛。下樓給前台反饋後，出去吃飯。晚上11點回到房間，煙頭還在，衞生也沒有打掃。按理説，不管我住幾天，房間是每天都應該打掃的。床頭櫃上厚厚的一層灰。這明顯是沒有打掃過。再次下樓和前台反饋，也沒有任何的説法，總之就是糟糕透頂。非常不建議大家住這家亞朵，應該是全國最差服務和衞生了吧。

🔔服務：服務態度超級好，前台小姐姐辦理入住手續很快，還有辦理入住有送熱茶，辦理入住還送了小朋友禮物，很貼心
🍃環境：環境不錯，非常有老北京特色，附近有北京老胡同，可以去轉轉，非常有特色，
🚗 交通：離地鐵站非常近。出去非常方便
🧹衞生：打掃衞生的大姐很親切，打掃衞生非常乾淨，
早餐非常豐富，小朋友很喜歡，下次還會入住，祝亞朵越來越來生意興隆，加油呦

🍃環境：環境很舒適，無論房間還是酒店大堂都有小細節小心思，酒店大堂有樓梯和斜坡，方便帶行李箱推上拖下，房間的浴室乾濕分離做得很好
🧹衞生：整體很乾凈，每天都清理房間，尤其房間內浴巾毛巾每天更換，紙巾不夠的就加足，第一天入住2瓶水不夠喝，自己買了一桶水，可能覺得我們不夠喝，主動加了4瓶水給我們
🚗 交通：附近都有地鐵和巴士站，就是離的稍微遠了一點點，步行到天壇東門地鐵站要有13分鐘，屬於5號線，轉去其他線也方便，離天壇公園很近，基本走到地鐵站往前走一點就是天壇公園東門
🔔服務：無論前台的小姐姐，還是自助早餐的阿姨甚至清潔房間的阿姨們都很熱情，早上見到就打招呼，耐心聽你的訴求，甚至主動提供幫助，第一天入住元依小姐姐看着我帶着長者家，主動提議要不要加入會員，會員訂房間可以包早餐，幫我解決了帶着長者家每天早上要想去哪吃吃什麼的煩惱。前台小姐姐們看到我帶着長者家兩個大箱子，主動幫忙推箱子去房間，超貼心
總之這次入住整體都很滿意，下次去北京首選這家
