整體感覺還可以，水温合適，室外的温泉沒時間泡了，略微有些遺憾，以後建議早點來。
等晚上的時候，水位下降了三分之一，頭開始水位滿的時候，在處理公務，沒時間泡，水位保持的時間，或者放水的時間若更人性化一些，會更好。
天黑了，請酒店前台幫忙帶路，路上沒有什麼路燈，自己找我是容易迷路。道路設施還有待提高。
套房有單獨的管家，但始終沒有看到，外賣等出去領取，不是很方便。

全國總工會國際文化交流中心，環境清幽，綠地湖泊環繞，確實是療養休閑的好去處。人不多，温泉和游泳池的水質不錯，標準池遊得很過癮，孩子在房間裏也玩的很嗨。

極差的體驗，可能就是因為有指定接待才能活下來，一千多的收費，一百都不值，房間冷，衞生差，老舊，電視比一台筆記本電腦還小。服務員一問三不知。

優點：環境好，温泉設施孩子喜歡玩，温泉池多，室內室外，小魚肯腳丫子人人喜歡，服務很好！
不足或者此次入住的一些遺憾和建議：
1、屋裡衞浴設施有點老舊，水流不暢通，對於洗澡沖水來説很費勁，希望能及時的清理花灑的污垢，定時檢修。
2、温泉和游泳的場地一次有效，出去就沒法兒在進去了，必須再二次購票消費才可以！這點有些不人性化，至少對帶孩子入住的比較尷尬，一般年齡小點的孩子早上會晚起一些，吃完早點再去玩水，但中午要吃飯，上午的時間就顯得緊張了…下午又要睡覺，然後醒了去玩兒水，玩不了一會兒，又得出來吃晚飯！所以不能多次來回進出，真的太限制！希望至少能對入住酒店的客人全天開放，無限次來回！
3.酒店的小童樂園感覺適合2歲以下的寶寶，比較低領，我兒子4歲進去就不太感興趣。電子游藝非常貴，3塊錢一個幣，一次娃娃機要2個幣，好多設備還都是不開或者壞了，還不如不存在！

每次來孩子都很開心，硬件肯定不是一流的，但總工會的還是比較放心。國慶期間人太多，服務有些跟不上能夠理解，細節做的再好點就完美啦。

非常大的酒店，每層有上百間房，還有餐飲和温泉。餐飲偏貴，温泉不大，趕上人多體驗不太好。乒乓羽毛球也有，但是都要單收費。工作人員態度很好。
