雖然選擇的房間沒有電梯，但好在樓梯不長。雖然房間較小，但應有設施俱全。雖然沒有可以需求的服務，但前台的態度真得温和。雖然是建築較老，但裏裡外外都是乾乾淨淨。很不錯的一次獨自住店選擇，到301醫院和五棵松地鐵站非常方便。

不建議選擇398的無電梯房，設施破舊不堪，房間臟亂差，床頭沒有充電口，不是黴斑就是黃水垢，窗簾還掉了一半

酒店裝修比較有年代感，但是設施齊全，衞生條件不錯，早餐可以送到房間，離301走路十幾分鍾，比較方便

有免費早餐，免費幫我們升了房。環境好，離301研院近（送娃讀書），走10分鐘左右就能到。衹是房間的電視有點老舊。
