Clean but after staying realised the house keeping don't makeup bed and hair at the toilet holes after staying there for 5 days still didn't clear it. And after shower awhile water drainage are bad. No coffee, tea. No stool for carry on luggage. It is not necessary to change new towels and bedroom slippers everyday. We Didn't throw it in the bin but she just throw & replaced the new one...and when I request for more water, she relied two per room Toothbrush and comb 惨不忍赌. 卫生不到位.

The first impression of this hotel was a great one. The workers at the reception are all so very helpful. They helped my Didi driver locate the hotel and when I got there I was checked in by a very helpful receptionist. I checked in late because I arrived in Beijing late but the receptionist lady was super helpful. I used to live in Beijing for 7 years and just recently moved so this was my first trip back to visit and I really missed Meituan. The receptionist was so kind as to enter in the address of the hotel and have the drop off point be the front desk. I felt like I was back living in Beijing which made me feel like I was at my home away from home. The hotel room was super clean and perfect for me. The whole experience exceeded what I thought it would be. I have officially made this hotel the hotel I will always book when visiting Beijing. This time we didn't get a room upgrade. It was quite small for 2 people but we managed quite well for 3 nights. The smell was nicer as well, but to be sure we spread some orange peel. Anyway after 2 days on the wall of China my nose was blocked by a cold so I couldn't smell as much as with the last stay. The underground is 20 minutes by foot, and the bus stop is 5 minutes. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and nice. Noise is not a problem as long as other guests stay calm. You don't hear the street. Room service cleans everyday if you hang a sign.
