The room is very small. There is no room for children to move around. The bed is close to the TV. It is difficult to push a box in the aisle. There is no place to spread the box. Because the rooms are close together, the sound insulation is very poor. The sound of the TV can be heard next door. I am not very satisfied with this Atour.

Advantages: Good location, you can go to the zoo and the airport. The overall simplicity is small and exquisite. The room has a sense of design and high-end, which is much more comfortable than the all-season hotel next door. The details are also in place. The pillows are divided into soft and hard, and there are many tissues and smart facilities. Disadvantages: The construction site across the road is working 24 hours a day, making it impossible to sleep properly. The corridor is zigzagging and the design is unreasonable, making it easy to get lost. The sound insulation is not good. Overall, the cost performance is high, suitable for the zoo and airport, but it is suitable to stay until the construction site opposite is finished.

The hotel vacated my room without the knowledge of the guest. The front desk person named Chen Xiao who communicated with me on the phone was laughing and joking with me, and kept shirking responsibility and did not solve the problem. At 9:55 pm, they called me to tell me that they could only give me a coupon but not a room. Two and a half hours later, at 11:36, they sent me a text message to tell me that they had reserved a king-size bed room for me and told me that if I could not arrive by 12 o'clock, it would not be reserved. 24 minutes, are you kidding me? ? ? What is the service level of Atour?

We decided to book a hotel around the Beijing Wild Animal Park, which is only a few kilometers away and very convenient. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and arranged two adjacent rooms. The hotel is on the second floor, with guest rooms on the second floor, restaurants and some functional rooms (laundry room, gym) on the first floor. I booked two different room types. The TV in one of the rooms was not good. A female waitress came up to help debug it for a long time but couldn't fix it, so she immediately changed the room. Although the room is small, the hot water and air conditioning are sufficient, and the service awareness at the front desk is very good, and the service has not been reduced due to lack of manpower. Breakfast is on the first floor, which is a bit small and becomes crowded when there are more people. The overall experience is good, mainly convenient.
