I chose their home by mistake. I was pleasantly surprised. The location of the hotel is really nothing to say. The sea view is beautiful. You must choose their home to watch the sunrise on the sea, and stay close to the old street! It's not going to be there in a few minutes, and the boss has a lot of food recommendations!

完全就是海上的酒店，北海老街往海邊走就能看到很明顯，附近幹啥都方便，就是過年期間人太多了，太貴了，去前台剛好聽到有人來問多少錢，説一千五一晚，人家問啥條件啊一千五。房間非常破舊，能讓你體驗漁民生活，牆皮翻着，感覺自己一個人住會害怕那種。我娃一説起來就會説那家特別破的酒店啊……

這個海上酒店跟實際宣傳嚴重不符。設施陳舊，房間門一打開就是怪味，窗户非常臟很久沒打掃的樣子，以至於觀海這個想法盪然無存，前台服務不達標，中午開好房卡，晚上吃完飯回來發現門卡開不了門，等待很長時間前台才過來開門，最嚴重的是房間不乾淨，牆壁到處長黴，地面散落的頭髮，浴室水漬不拖，退房早上一打開房門還聞到死老鼠的屍腐味。詳情請看圖。總之就是在這裏度過了一個非常不愉快的夜晚，這是迄今為止500多的價格裏面住過最差的酒店，沒有之一。我不建議任何人來這家酒店。

性價比很高，服務很貼心，建在海里，乾淨整潔，物品品質也不錯，值得推薦，早晨起來還能趕海，離漁港也近，附近生活設施齊全，還便宜

我們是從北海自駕三亞這個酒店服務還不錯，就是相比這個價錢相比三亞的房間設施很成就，看海的話還可以就是玻璃很脹，而且因為在市場附近很臭蚊子很多不能開窗，房間很大一股黴味。最好別去附近就餐，周邊都是坑一個接一個。

房間乾淨整潔，全境海景，在房間裏可以欣賞美麗的大海風光，還可以看很多漁夫在海上捕魚，走路到北海老街衹3分鐘左右，説真心話，雖然裝修不是很豪華，但往的確實很舒服，價格也適中。

房子靠在海上，可以直接看到海，在老街邊上很方便。不過看起來像是原來的飯店改造的，隔音效果沒那麼好。另外就是來這裏要小心打車困難，太堵了～尤其是旅遊旺季
