房間能直接看到廣闊的大海跟天邊相接，樓下附近有幾個大排檔。房間設施有些老舊損壞了，煙味有些重。老闆東北人，房間要收按金。全家出遊住宿整體還行，住宿兩天，中間沒人來清理房間，不過我們也沒太多需要清理。

超級好，可以很直觀的看見海，視野非常好，而且房東超級好，下次去北海還是會定這一家的哦！距離銀灘坐車是7分鐘左右，樓下也有電車可以租，很方便。

房間不錯，稍微有點偏，離老街比較遠，離北海銀灘很近，方便去海邊玩耍游泳👌

入住當天去海邊游泳到8點回來，想説趕緊洗個澡跟同事去吃飯，手機插床頭充電之後就進洗手間洗澡了，洗完才發現，洗手間裏側竟然沒有門把手。找了個遍都沒有找到可用的工具，又沒有帶手機，無法求助。無奈之下衹好冒着風險光着腳踢門，萬幸是玻璃門，也萬幸自己進去穿了拖鞋，但即便如此，仍踹了將近十分鐘才把門踹破（玻璃有兩層，且十分堅固，是那種長虹玻璃）。出來之後第一時間給管家打電話，説會派人上來看，結果管家上來看了之後，連句道歉都沒有，第一句就是你把我的門破壞成這樣，那至少耽誤5天時間租不出去哦，現在又是忘記，這個你多少要賠我一些。頓時我氣就上來了，也不想跟他多BB，直接電話報警。結果**來了之後也是和稀泥，讓我們自己協商。我提出幾點訴求包括換房、道歉、免房費、賠償精神損失，商家又扯什麼男人之間大度一些，精神損失就算了，協商不下我打了12345給工商局。然後回去繼續協商，後面老闆娘來了一句説我是“惡意破壞”，聽得我想笑，也不想跟他們再繼續扯了，搞到接近十點肚子也很餓了，帶同事們吃飯去寶子們，一定要睜大眼睛選酒店啊，這種小作坊式的公寓酒店，質量太參差不齊了，我也是看在這家還有個麻將房，我們團隊8個人，剛好定3～4個房就夠了，結果沒想到自己定的這個單間踩了個大雷。我會追責到底，先差個評，等我有空去法院繼續訴訟！如下如是報警截圖，以及當時的照片及視頻，錄音因為涉及私隱就不放了～～
