必須為小馬哥點贊，整個運營服務團隊，主要就是跟小馬哥打交道，接送、導遊、諮詢、各種瞻前忙後，和九皇山公司本地員工也是達成一片，典型的雙贏生態～一家酒店入駐，提升的是整個景區的服務檔次，待改進的建議也有不少，有機會聊，比如結論帳篷的通病，配給每個房間一些助眠小耳塞就可以解決，或者至少表明酒店關注了客户這方面的體驗～在陽台躺椅觀山景，簡直了！

這次的半山行，算是一次臨時興起。
還在病房輸液無意刷到，攜程推薦，抱着試一試的心態，點開預訂，還好有房，不在猶豫，火速訂房。
對於這種網紅店其實期望值不高，轎頂山，牛背山，一次一次的網紅打卡，見過太多，美麗景色，配套不行的案例。但是半山真的是驚喜。不管是吃飯，玩耍，都一應俱全，而且對於帳篷酒店來説，真的乾淨。吃的也超級美味，價格合理。服務員也很熱情。唯一不足的地方就是需要自行上山，等於住店先爬山，對於我這種老年人還是有點具體，其二，床單因為在山裡比較潮，不過配有電熱毯和暖風機，影響不大，沒有黴味。這次算是提前探路，等孩子放假半山我還會來，情侶，親子首選。ps，對於這種地方還是比較吃天氣，出門提前看天氣預報，出太陽絕對值回票價，超讚

第一次入住，感覺非常棒，酒店位於雲端之上，大山包圍，仿如仙境。酒店設施奢華、高端大氣。特別是酒店工作人員服務周到，關懷備至，小馬哥的服務熱情周到，讓人賓至如歸

名符其實的野奢帳篷酒店，設施齊全，一次性的用品備齊，雖然沒有空調，但二個暖風機使房間很暖和，房間很大，平台上看風景無敵，管家式的服務非常貼心，特別是處理問題的能力值得點贊。自駕車衹能停景區停車場，停車費一晚二十元需自理，來回索道及滑道還有景區門票均已包含在住宿費裏，相對來講性價比還是相當高的。

愉快的旅行，趕在五一假期最後一天上山，人很少，每個打卡點不擁擠，住宿很舒服，隔音方面帶着三歲孩子也能完全接受，晚上不吵鬧，工作人員服務也很好，酒店接送的司機師傅駕駛技術很棒！吃飯點菜推薦山頂的各種雞肉真的好吃，還有兔子肉👍

比較有特色的帳篷酒店，服務人員很熱情給人留下深刻印象。上區的視野確實更好，感謝酒店的升級。晚上的火鍋味道也不錯，菜品都很新鮮，衹要不浪費都可以加菜。除了下雨有些小遺憾，一切還是不錯的。

整體來講很滿意，我們是第一天先玩前山，抵達入口大概中午將近12點，前山的項目基本都去了，然後下午晚一點到後山去滑雪場滑了雪，途中看了野猴子，到酒店大概晚上6點半。酒店有工作人員在第一道索道上去後幫我們拿了包，放在上後山索道那裡，我們玩前山是輕裝上陣，很輕鬆，不累，到了後山也有工作人員來接，整體銜接挺好，沒有浪費時間。第二天我們返程時也有工作人員開車送，所以一路都相當輕鬆。
下區風景最好的應該就是我們住的11棟了，視野很好，不比上區差，並且離前台和吃早餐午餐的地方都是最近的，也最有安全感的。房間的暖風和電熱毯的效果太好了，如果晚上蓋好被子都不需要開暖風都很暖和。
第二天趁沒有退房，我們把行李放在房間，去了旁邊的雲中農場，離酒店衹有一百多米，小朋友撿了5個野雞蛋，徒手抓了1條鯽魚，還在温泉湯池裡煮了野雞蛋吃，很好吃。
説一下兩個稍微欠缺的地方，一個就是衞生間應該像淋浴房一樣封閉起來，另一個就是晚上睡下後風很大，吹得帳篷有動靜，像是有小動物在上面旁邊爬一樣，特別是上半夜有這種聲音。

設施：非常完善，從牙刷是軟毛的就能感覺老闆的體貼細心，浴巾毛巾全是一次性的
而且每一段纜車中間都是有車接送大大的節省了體力和時間，接車的小哥哥會很熱情的講解項目先後
