The bathroom was dirty hair on the floors and behind toilet. Hilton properties were synonymous with excellent overnight stops. They have fallen behind the eight ball. The properties (2 that I stayed on this trip) are dated compared to their competitors and actually more expensive.

Comfortable bed, good breakfast area, good location for us with proximity to a variety of stores and restaurants.
Couldn't connect to internet, coffee maker 1 ft. Cord made coffee maker difficult to use, lack of paper cups in bathroom.

Staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean, breakfast was good. Unfortunately we were in Beckley to attend a funeral but we had no worries with our stay. The lobby was decorated and there was holiday music playing. We woill stay there again.

Unfortunately this hotel was down an elevator. So made a little bit of a waiting time. For the other elevator. But other than that it was a nice place.

Was given a queen bed/ handicap room no sofa. Paid for and was supposed to have king size bed and double sofa.
