I booked a room over a month ago on Hilton's website. Not a third party website! I booked two queen beds and a pull out sofa couch for me my wife and our three children. This was to be our room after a long day with a wedding and reception. We arrived at 1210 am to find out not only does the hotel not have the room we reserved but they had not contacted us by phone or email, cancelled the room, or provided a replacement option in any form and we had no room for them to give us. After arguing with the front receptionist who also contacted her night manager and 30 minutes going by we were offered two rooms that are not connected so it would have separated us from our children. We also asked for a refund once we learned they didn't have our room in any form and we were denied saying we had to contact corporate. So now we have to spend more time to cancel a room that the hotel doesn't have to even give us. It makes zero sense. It's completely unacceptable that this hotel cannot refund rooms after they give them to others when we have a reservation confirmation even for the room.

I loved the staff and my room was cleaned but to not have hot water for the entire stay was very tough.

First of all I will say the room was nice. However, the internet doesn't work and the hotel is aware of that so we had no internet therefore we couldn't watch roku on TV etc. Secondly, the water went out Saturday around 1 pm in the whole hotel and we were told no water til Monday. Very terrible. We left this morning with no showers and not sure yet if we are going to be compensated for the loss of the water.

The staff was very polite and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great with plenty to choose from. Adequate parking available. Now to things that was not up to your hotel chain standards. The carpet throughout needed to be replaced or deep cleaned. The headboard in our suite was peeling and couch cushions was stained. The elevator broke so we had to sit in the lobby for a while because my mother is unable to walk up steps while waiting for it to be repaired.

Disgusting stay. Worst of my life. They had NO room for me. Of course, the room I chose and selected online, room 202 was given to someone else even though I showed up at 330pm. She said 'No room is ever guaranteed'. The person they gave the room to was just staying the one night, so don't even try to blame it on them staying an extra night. So, they put me in a pet room, room 317. The messiest, most horrible room I ever saw. Dirt, blood and grease EVERYWHERE The smell was beyond awful. I complained and they never sent anyone. They said they were sold out and did not have time. I will never, ever stay at a Hilton property again. Anyone who reads this must know that this flea bag motel must be shut down immediately.

The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The hotel however is in need of a renovation. The halls are dirty, especially the carpets which are also worn and need to be replaced. The elevators are also dirty and smell. Hand prints all over. Yuck! They should be wiped down on a regular basis. 1st room fridge didn’t work. Desk clerk immediately found us another room and was very helpful. Tile in rooms were so slippery that I cleaned them myself so my handicapped son wouldn’t fall down. Couch was stained, carpet sticky, lamp bases all rusty, shower had brown slime growing around bottom. Also, first time I’ve ever had scrambled eggs brought out that were cold. Sausage was cold too. We were supposed to stay 3 nights, but left after the first and went to a different hotel. Shame, shame Hilton for not sending inspectors to hotels that carry your name and ensuring that are up to par.

Hard to believe how dirty this hotel is, especially the floors. Never expected from a Hilton property- likely the hotel operator is the issue. Not maintained well. Had to keep shoes on in room as floor was so bad. We were fooled my nice exterior and palm trees. We would have left immediately if it wasn't so late.

We stayed two nights. The hotel is situated within a short distance to Martin Luther King Blv, making access to the local area easy, yet in a quiet and nice setting with ample parking. Our room was spacious, quiet, reasonably clean, and equipped with the usual Homewood amenities. A good pool area was also available. The complimentary evening social was excellent, including some nice cookies, and it was possible to enjoy it outside. Breakfast was also very good except the waffle batter, which was not up to the usual Homewood standards. Also we found the temperature in the restaurant uncomfortably cold.

Nice and clean rooms. Very comfortable beds. Really enjoyed my stay. Definitely recommend saying here again.
