The place is actually pretty nice and a good price. The staff are not great and some of the rules were not customer centric but over all nice stay!

You could hear the people in the next room like they were in your room, there was a cockroach on the counter, the bed was hard as a rock, and the tub smelled really bad.

We had the 1 bedroom King suite that was very clean. It was similar to an extended stay with a Fridge, Micro, Oven, Wash/Dryer, 2 TV's. The spa tub was huge and worked wonderfully! All staff we encountered were friendly, knowledgeable, and treated everyone respectfully. Our room had a fire alarm chirping when we checked in and within 10 minutes staff was there correcting the problem (Thanks Luis!). The property itself is aged and the section we were in was renovated. I believe other sections are starting to be renovated as well. I am already planning another trip and likely will stay here again!

Loved the stay and loved the price!!! Other reviews complain about out dated furniture. You really wouldn’t mind or notice because you appreciate the cleanliness, the space and ALL of the accommodation and amenities that they provide. Other reviews also complained about the paper thin walls. That isn’t so bad either. If you’re at any hotel you will still run the chance of hearing your neighbors if they are loud. This will become my husband and I secret get away spot. You don’t have to leave the resort if you don’t want. Multiple pools indoor and out door, kids splash zone and restaurant, bar and spa. Not directly in Orlando but all the tourist attractions are 30 mins or less away. I would recommend this Resort to any and everybody I know.

This was my 2nd stay at this Legacy resort. I booked again because I love the pool, hot tub, bar, restaurant, and huge tub in my room. The kitchens are nice and have all you need, including a starter laundry and dishwasher pod. There's decent shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in the room. I will keep staying here!
