5 minutes walk to the center. The room was clean and spacious. I stayed in the Chinese room right in front of the stairs on the first floor... The room was big and nice, but I could hear all the noise outside. I didn't pay much attention to the parking lot view, but the silhouette of the shower and toilet can be seen from the parking lot. I was too lazy to move rooms, so I asked for a big towel to cover the window. I think this part needs to be improved. Also, there is a £10 parking fee... I wish they didn't charge it in the off season.

A total of three rooms were booked for this trip. The actual layout of the rooms is relatively old, and there are no beautiful pictures, which belong to the family hotel type. But that's not the worst, the worst is the arrogant service and the inhumane handling of the problem. The check-out time set by the hotel was unusual and we had to leave before 10:30 am. We arrived at the hotel at 12:00 am the next day due to travel delays. We didn’t get up early. After packing our luggage for breakfast, we checked out at the front desk at 11:10 am. We were forced to charge an overtime fee of 60 pounds for 40 minutes. Does the service industry regard itself as laws and regulations? The customer-oriented service concept is gone. In all the hotels I have stayed in during my business trips at home and abroad, none of them would be so unreasonable and harsh. Most of the service staff put on a dirty face and ignored them. Only the breakfast chef, a Filipino lady, was polite and kind, and the service was thoughtful. In short, if you don't want to spend money to find guilt, it is strongly recommended to avoid this hotel. After all, Bath, as a tourist city, has many hotels to choose from
