Pleasurelea Tourist Resort & Caravan Park

Great location. The lady at reception was very friendly and helpful. We S aw dolphins in the bay opposite and had a great walk around the rocks to another secluded beach. Tired amenities but clean & much cheaper park than anywhere in the vicinity.

Nice quiet park. Nothing flash but clean facilities and helpful staff. Lovely bay across the road. Lots of things for the kids to do. Swimming pool, putt putt, tennis court etc. No TV reception but antennae cable was available from reception then all channels were available.

The accomodation was perfect for our family. Well kept, clean and tidy. Staff were very good to deal with and very helpful. Location was close to everything. Kids loved the mini golf and the scooters

We booked and paid in full for an ensuit site for our 23 ft Jayco caravan and arrived with a broken annex which was to be repaired or replaced after Easter so myself and our son needed extra accommodation to stay out of the wet weather. A one bedroom unit was on offer, Double bed & 3 bunks, yes I agreed to paying $780 for 4 nights. Older type unit but with one big drawback—- NO HOT SHOWERS. Night one , two , three the shower would start off hot then reduce to warm and eventually COLD. I reported it to reception and was told the hot water service will be checked and apparently it was not. When I reported it the first time, I received no sympathetic response only to be told why didn’t you tell me yesterday? When I was leaving and talking to a different woman at reception, I said I had to use the ensuite shower at the caravan site and surely I qualify for a partial refund for the unit.. NOT THE ANSWER I WAS HEARING. Also security is non existent in the whole park. We discovered before we left that one of our 4 hub caps on our Jayco caravan has been removed and now we have only 3 and it can’t be replaced as they are no longer made or available. Quick 4 day stay ended up costing $500+ for site $780 for unit with no HOT WATER. Never going back there!!!!

First trip away for a long time. Very easy check in which was good after a long drive, Cabin was well equiped and clean and the area is well maintained. Would not hesitate in staying there again if we go back the Batemans Bay. My wife really only had one complaint and that was the hooks in the bathroom where to high for her to reach. The only drawback was not knowing what eating places where in the area, But I can't hold the tourist Pack responsible for that.

We had a terrible experience with this company. They cancelled our fishing charter the day before and when we asked for a refund so we could book an alternate charter we were informed no. The receptionist was extremely rude and when I asked to speak with the owner she flat out said NO YOU CAN NOT. I am appalled by the lack of professionalism and I urge anyone who is thinking of booking a charter with these people to please reconsider as they cancel last minute and do not refund your money.

Tired and dated caravan park. Amenities weren't great and restaurant only provides take away fish and chips. However the park did provide a happy hour albeit with very limited drinks to chose from and the manager was very pleasant and provided snacks with drinks purchased.

A lovely casual place to visit, a short distance from Batemans Bay town. We were a couple and a single friend, but it can comfortably accommodate two couples. The location was unexpectedly great - just a walk across the road to a quiet, beautiful beach! Happy-hour drinks and takeaway cafe right across from our 2 BR cabin meant we did not have to drive back into town. We enjoyed happy hour drinks while waiting for our takeaway fish and chips, which we enjoyed in our cabin. The cabin was clean and comfortable, with a small lounge and kitchen, one bathroom and separate toilet attached to one of the bedrooms.

Have been here 3 years in a row now for our summer family holiday. Our kids love it and have a ball each time, making new friends, swimming in the pool riding bikes etc around. We get the same superior family cabin each year and it’s always been clean and tidy apon arrival. Staff are also lovely.
