Hotel la Luna

Siamo stati davvero bene,il personale di una gentilezza unica,la navetta gratuita veramente una salvezza!!La stanza discreta ma l'esterno un paradiso 😍. Colazione molto buona ci ritorneremo sicuramente 😉

Bad room condition, a shared terrace with the other rooms without dividers with people passing by at all times and making their presence known by making noise without respect for others. The times established by the hotel never respected. The breakfast and dinner do not reach enough in terms of cooking. Even the shuttle service does not reach enough both in terms of punctuality and the attitude of the driver. The icing on the cake: a half board included in the price and discover that, at the time of the balance in addition to the tourist tax that I knew was added to the price, even the only natural water drunk at dinner was counted .... No comment!

Weekend booked with another couple who booked in this seedy property: lousy room, small, only one shelf to put things on, shower still with curtain closure, no fridge, poor dinner and breakfast and no good, retreating in the evening there was no one at the reception so if you wanted a bottle of water it was impossible. When we arrived at the port, informing them 2 hours before, we had to call back and wait another twenty minutes for the shuttle that I who drove (the owner) did not even deign to go down to welcome and put the luggage, we did everything ourselves. what pissed me off was that half board there is water you pay for as an extra never in my life. Here is a tavern (and I am also treating it) with no offense to the taverns that surely eat and feel better. They will never see me again even if it were the last hotel on the island.

Wonderful place I have been going there for many years. Staff always available and polite. They gave us the possibility to do late check out. Pleasant food. Very nice pool area. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have a great holiday.

At the hotel la Luna it is really great. The magnificent welcome, the staff always with kind and cordial if not affectionate ways. Immersed in the silence we spent a week of total relaxation. The pool is spotlessly clean. We can't wait to go back. Thanks for hospitality to our dear Pietro and his sons Daniele and Lorenzo. See you soon Nilla and family.

Everything perfect you immediately feel at home .... all very good ... and the strategic location ... welcoming in all senses excellent drinks delicious food the kindness and helpfulness of the staff are the hosts.

Albergo molto pulito, camera appena rinnovate ( le superior) con aria condizionata deliziose l'unica cosa manca un frigo bar. Abbiamo usufruito della mezza pensione cibo abbondante molto molto buono anche la colazione deliziosa con prodotti fatti in casa. Personale estremamente gentile Ci ritorneremo sicuramente

Ritorno sempre con tanto entusiasmo in questa fantastica struttura,che dire tutto meraviglioso a partire dalla cucina veramente eccellente,il proprietario signor Alessandro e il suo staff sempre tanto premuroso gentile ed attento ad accontentare ogni richiesta,ho trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questo periodo di fine estate grazie di cuore ci rivedremo presto!

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura 2 notti dal 23 luglio. Devo dire subito che rispetto a Booking ho risparmiato almeno un 10%.La camera che ci è stata assegnata, la 209, fa parte di quel corpo dell'albergo ristrutturato da poco. Ampia, bello lo stile tipicamente ischitano, AC, bagno bellissimo con doccia davvero spaziosa. Solo due le pecche, letto matrimoniale composto da due singoli e la poca discrezionalità della camera causa tendaggio poco oscurante, ma parlando con il gentilissimo Alessandro, mi ha promesso che per i clienti futuri risolverà i problemi della stanza. Location molto carina, semplice, tutta la zona della hall e della sala pranzo arredata con gusto. Spazio Piscina confortevole anche per la presenza di un "chiringuito", un servizio extra che ti permette di passare intere giornate in piscina senza doverti preoccupare di scendere per un caffè o pranzare...mangiare all'ombra di un fico selvatico non è da tutti i giorni. Il servizio al cliente è ottimo, le ragazze dello staff si prodigano al fine che il cliente si trovi a suo agio, tutte brave, dalla più giovane fino alla responsabile dello staff che ci ha coccolati per tutta la vacanza. Servizio navetta ad orari per i maronti e per il porto a richiesta. La cena composta da più portate è arricchita da un ottimo e abbondante buffet, il vino che ti propone Alessandro è tra i migliori dell'isola, il biancolella di mazzella e' davvero un supervino. La colazione abbondante con prelibatezze della pasticceria napoletana, sfogliatelle ricce e frolle e l'immancabile pastiera e poi tutto il resto, dolce e salato. Bravo Alessandro, continua cosi.
