Three days of small vacation, with children to travel, choose this hotel, specially selected river view room, with bathtub. As a result, I never thought that the river view did not see it, and the decoration noise room was really a dream. The riverway downstairs was renovated and built, and I would bear it without a river view. Construction began at 7:30 on the first day of the small holiday. I was awakened by the noise of the large equipment downstairs or something. I was irritable. I complained to the front desk. I was told that it was because there was a marathon at the end of the month. The river repairs needed to be rushed. It is possible to work overtime during the holiday. Speechless! Going out to go shopping, I went back to the hotel at 3 pm and wanted to rest. After the lobby manager asked the uncle to communicate, the music noise was gone. The hotel has emergency earplugs for guests. The next morning of the holiday, construction began at 7 o'clock in the morning, lazy and hopeless! Get up for breakfast and check out! The hotel's 25-story swimming pool is not open, and guests are informed on Trip.com! Since the hotel knows the river construction in front of the building, it should also inform the tenants on the website and inform the obligation! Advantages: The space is bigger than expected and still clean. The lights are very beautiful at night facing Maoye Building. Parking is possible, but the parking lot is a bit crowded and not very easy to walk. The overall price/performance ratio is OK.

The hotel has free parking, which is very friendly to car owners. The new Chinese-style room is very unique, and the washbasin, toilet and bathroom are separated, so they don't disturb each other. The service lady on the first floor was very kind and poured hot water for us. In short, the experience was very good. I will stay here again next time I go to Baoding!

I drove there, so I chose a hotel with a parking lot. When I arrived early, the parking lot security refused to let me in, saying there was no space, so I went to the attraction first. There are parking spaces at the venue. Maybe the hotel and restaurant share a parking lot. Parking spaces are tight. I went to the front desk before 1 p.m. to ask if I could check in. They said that the wellness twin room we booked was not available and we could check into the king bed room first. If it was not suitable, we could change it and just want to rest first. I don’t care too much. I don’t know if it was downgraded. Anyway, there is no foot bath or treadmill. It is quite quiet and the air conditioning is powerful. It is also a non-smoking room and I gave a small gift. Illy coffee machine. The hotel breakfast is good and rich. The service is also warm. There is also Baoding Library on the first floor. The hotel is great. It's just a little far from downtown. I don't know Baoding, so it was too far from the city centre for me. The room was very nice. Clean and comfortable. No English available, but that was no surprise. The staff were very friendly though. They helped as much as they could given the language difficulties. A very nice hotel overall. I didn't get the chance to check the hotel facilities, but my room was great. If you are travelling, most places close reasonably early. Staying in Baoding Starlight is not a choice, the hotel environment is good, the service staff is very warm, the room is facing Chaoyang North Street, you can see the light show at night.
