The room was clean and in a great location, close to most of Baoding's attractions, all within walking distance. To get a taxi, you need to walk out of the hotel parking lot and wait on the roadside. The room is on a lower floor, so it was a bit noisy. A card is required to go upstairs, but security was okay. The room window was a little drafty, but thankfully the curtains were thick. Breakfast was satisfying. The front desk allowed a late check-out, thank you. Overall, good value for money.

There are 4 hotels in one building, and the ”Grey Whale” is on the 20th floor, and the self-service laundry room and fitness room are on the 21st floor. I happened to pass by this hotel while traveling in Baoding, and it exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff were very professional, with friendly and welcoming smiles. Check-in was incredibly efficient. Since I wasn't familiar with the area, I asked many questions, and they patiently answered them and provided a lot of help without showing any impatience. It was truly a comfortable and welcoming experience. The room, though small, was very clean, with a good selection of toiletries, and the heating was already on. The breakfast was also excellent, with a delicious mix of cold and hot dishes, meat and vegetables, and a wide variety of main courses. Overall, it's a fantastic hotel, and I'd definitely stay here again.

The service is super good. There are many kinds of snacks and thoughtful little things at the front desk, such as disposable toilet mats, dental floss, glasses cloths, earplugs, laundry detergent, wet wipes, warm baby rubber bands. They are super thoughtful. They greet you every time you enter the door. The attitude is super good. Tea, coffee and sour plum soup are prepared in the rest area, and there is also an ice machine. Every time I go out and come back, I drink a cup of sour plum soup with ice. It's so refreshing. My dad is also very satisfied with this hotel.

This hotel absolutely deserves a five-star rating! The environment is exceptionally nice, with soft, non-glaring lighting in the hallways. The rooms offer a fantastic view, and the windows are quite large. The facilities are comprehensive, including Wi-Fi, a laundry room, and a gym (though you need a card to enter). Cleanliness is also good; the tables are spotless, and the towels and bath towels are soft and reassuring. The service is incredibly attentive; the receptionist is super patient and always has a smile on her face – so comforting!

It's a great experience. Fortunately, I made a reservation online in advance. Otherwise, there would be so many people on weekends. It's not in vain that I waited so long. It's really nice and stylish. It's divided into small areas. It's quite private. It feels pretty good. The food is served very quickly. Location of the hotel is great ,Right at the Railway station. Zhili Governor-General's Office is 1.8 kilometre from the hotel .a short walk to many food and shopping canter .staffs are extremely helpful and friendly .their manager provided many travel information for us.we did approach them later at night when it is less busy for the staff,They were always patient.by the way,the room is clean and the breakfast is good ,If you're not used to Chinese food,you can choose the bread ,jam ,butter,fruit ,coffee ,egg and some cold dish.you can taste HUNDUN, like Chinese dumplings. What makes me uncomfortable is that their carpets are a bit worn out,Overall the hotel is very nice and good value.

Clean and hygienic, warm service, travel and stay are particularly good, very warm, next time you come to Baoding, you will still live here.

After we decided to visit Baoding for the National Day holiday, I quickly booked our accommodation. After comparing several options, I chose this hotel because it's within walking distance to attractions like the Zhili Governor's Office. I booked it quite far in advance, so the price was really good (it went up later, so glad I snagged it early!). The room was very spacious. When we checked in, I asked about the buffet breakfast and decided to purchase it for both days since the discounted price was reasonable. It turned out to be a really satisfying buffet. We ran out of the complimentary bottled water in the room and could ask the front desk for more, which we did many times. In fact, we even filled up the hotel's provided water bottles with boiled water to take with us when we went out. This hotel definitely deserves a great review!

Not bad, the machine is very good to play games, I don't know the graphics card and monitor configuration. My friend said that it is better than his laptop. The location of the hotel is not bad. There is a donkey fire at the door. The small pieces in the room are quite complete. It feels better than the Marriott low-end hotel. The projector in the room was useless. I played games with my friends until the early morning, and it was also electronic. If it was two years earlier, it would be overnight.
