There are 4 hotels in one building, and the ”Grey Whale” is on the 20th floor, and the self-service laundry room and fitness room are on the 21st floor. The room was very clean, and the front desk service was excellent. Even though it was a busy National Day holiday, they helped us with a late check-out. Most importantly, it's incredibly convenient to stay here. All the major attractions are within walking distance, and for meals, West Street is just a short walk away. If you're planning a trip, this is definitely the place to go.

The room is of moderate size, newly decorated, with good sanitary conditions, acceptable sound insulation, and friendly service staff. The hotel is very close to the train station and there are many restaurants nearby. But the only drawback is that the breakfast is a bit simple, which can be improved compared with similar priced Home Inns. In addition, the TV control is not very sensitive (there are many TV programs and free on-demand movies).

Hotel location is very good, clean, warm service, high cost performance, it is recommended. The most important thing is that the room is very warm, not only the heating is turned on, the air conditioner can also be used, so that the cold winter becomes so warm. Breakfast is also great! The most praiseworthy thing is to disinfect the thermometer, and use it with confidence. The small green plants raised at the front desk are super like!

Location of the hotel is great ,Right at the Railway station. Zhili Governor-General's Office is 1.8 kilometre from the hotel .a short walk to many food and shopping canter .staffs are extremely helpful and friendly .their manager provided many travel information for us.we did approach them later at night when it is less busy for the staff,They were always patient.by the way,the room is clean and the breakfast is good ,If you're not used to Chinese food,you can choose the bread ,jam ,butter,fruit ,coffee ,egg and some cold dish.you can taste HUNDUN, like Chinese dumplings. What makes me uncomfortable is that their carpets are a bit worn out,Overall the hotel is very nice and good value.

The service is super good. There are many kinds of snacks and thoughtful little things at the front desk, such as disposable toilet mats, dental floss, glasses cloths, earplugs, laundry detergent, wet wipes, warm baby rubber bands. They are super thoughtful. They greet you every time you enter the door. The attitude is super good. Tea, coffee and sour plum soup are prepared in the rest area, and there is also an ice machine. Every time I go out and come back, I drink a cup of sour plum soup with ice. It's so refreshing. My dad is also very satisfied with this hotel.

The sanitation of the youth hostel is good. Maybe there are malicious negative reviews, so the score is a bit low. It is very cost-effective, close to Baoding Station, and easy to find. On the first floor, washing machines are free to use.

This hotel absolutely deserves a five-star rating! The environment is exceptionally nice, with soft, non-glaring lighting in the hallways. The rooms offer a fantastic view, and the windows are quite large. The facilities are comprehensive, including Wi-Fi, a laundry room, and a gym (though you need a card to enter). Cleanliness is also good; the tables are spotless, and the towels and bath towels are soft and reassuring. The service is incredibly attentive; the receptionist is super patient and always has a smile on her face – so comforting!

After we decided to visit Baoding for the National Day holiday, I quickly booked our accommodation. After comparing several options, I chose this hotel because it's within walking distance to attractions like the Zhili Governor's Office. I booked it quite far in advance, so the price was really good (it went up later, so glad I snagged it early!). The room was very spacious. When we checked in, I asked about the buffet breakfast and decided to purchase it for both days since the discounted price was reasonable. It turned out to be a really satisfying buffet. We ran out of the complimentary bottled water in the room and could ask the front desk for more, which we did many times. In fact, we even filled up the hotel's provided water bottles with boiled water to take with us when we went out. This hotel definitely deserves a great review!
