This hotel exceeded my expectations! The staff was so well mannered, helpful, and friendly! The morning breakfast was great and had a lot of variety! And there was hardly ever anyone in the pool, so my boyfriend and I always had it to ourselves. I had numerous video meetings for work during my stay and the staff went out of their way to make sure my internet connection was as fast as it could be! They even changed the router outside of our room! I’m grateful for their hard work and hospitality!

I chose this hotel because of the design and good feedback of guests. As expected, the hotel offered us a pleasant atmosphere with a quality service. I love the wooden sliding doors which hide a bathroom and balcony. The breakfast is good enough and the staff are all friendly and helpful. I didn't use a swimming pool and rooftop bar since we spend more time for sightseeing.

It's a bit uncomfortable with the activity of the assistant staff who cook in the sharing kitchen for a very long time so when I was looking to cook noodles for breakfast so I couldn't. Because the stove is only 1 stove. Caused my son so I couldn't have breakfast. Disayangkan. Then for hot water is only in the 2nd floor bathroom. It's a bit troublesome for children”, pregnant mothers, big body people to go up and down to the toilet upstairs because the stairs are also a little high” distance. the rest makes it very comfortable to rest.
