Pros. Newly open, spaciousness room, comfy bed, roof top driving range is a plus. Cons. one of the front desk officer with poor attitude towards to kids (mostly they're nice & friendly), distance from main street lack of traffic, extreme shortage of parking space even outside the apartment, we were exhausted of moving the cars day/night. Little bit overpriced compare with others. Bad soundproof Wrap up: So far not too bad.

As a solo traveler and first trip to bkk for 5 nights i like it i was hesitant at 1st coz not so many reviews but it was all good no hassle on checking in the service apartment was big w/ kitchen, seperate living room and big room there's washing machine also and my fave part is i was upgraded to a premium room w/ huge bathtub the bed was big and comfortble. The location was okay for me not so far from the city but its quite there's free shuttle to station anytime and i use grab motorbike a lot from station to hotel. There's also swimming pool and gym although its small but its clean and working. Surely recommendle specially for a fam and will comeback next time.

As I arrive bkk over midnight, was told I can’t exchange room. The floor is sticky and the main door is spoilt which affect the opening and closing sometimes. Other than that staffs are friendly and professional. Location it’s walkable to j Avenue etc tips use the motorsai.

In early October, I stayed for two nights. I greatly appreciated the attached gym and pool, as it allowed me to maintain the same routine I have back home even while on a business trip. The gym was adequate, but I felt the pool was a bit short, being only about 15 meters in length. The room was spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I loved that a washing machine was provided. I bought the cheapest detergent from a nearby 7-Eleven and tried it out. I hung my clothes outside using the room's hangers, and they dried overnight. I highly recommend using these amenities. It would be even better if small detergent sets were regularly stocked in the room, or if small quantities were available for free or for purchase. I've attached a photo of the detergent I bought from 7-Eleven for your reference. I also had breakfast there. It was a basic buffet, but the omelette was delicious. There were also options like fried rice and pasta. The variety of bread was abundant; I couldn't finish everything, but what I did have was very tasty. There's a Starbucks and a croissant shop nearby, which I recommend checking out. The staff were incredibly friendly, with lovely smiles and polite service. Pang (a female staff member) and Fia (a male staff member who speaks Japanese) assisted me, and both were very kind and wonderful people. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

This was a beautiful apartment in central sukhumvit 11 , also v quite from the busy rd. The only down point was that we were pressured to leave it by 11 by the nagging cleaner with a bad attitude when checkout was 12. Never experienced anything like it.
