Cloud 9 Lodge

Pratunam Market
I am not expecting super clean nor super complete rooms in Pratunam area considering this area is very crowded with stores and market activities. This hotel has provide exactly everything we need for the area. Clean bed and bathroom, sufficient towels, free flow mineral water and very reliable fast WiFi access. This could be the most suitable hotel to choose in this area. We saw there are a lot more more 'fancy and luxurious' hotel nearby, however most of them located above very busy and noisy market with knock down stall which may cause unnecessary noisy for your sleep. This area is almost open 24 hours. Cloud 9 just the right choice which located on a quiet corner. This hotel could be hard to find even if you use online map. Try to look for Benz hotel. This cloud 9 is next to it. we will definitely choose this hotel again when we had a chance to visit the area. We do not hesitate to recommend this place to our colleagues and families.

Sukhumvit
I liked the condo, it’s small, but clean and cozy, the only thing missing is a stove. I didn't like the check-in process. We arrived within the specified time period, but no one answered our phone, WhatsApp messages were ignored, and the WhatsApp call was immediately dropped for some reason and not answered in messages. We tried to contact for an hour, sat tired in the lobby. As a result, I had to write to trip.com support. Only after the help of operator Christina, thanks to her for her prompt assistance. The support worked 150% in my case. The condo owner contacted us using the phone number we used to try to contact him. Cutlery for 1 more person, for example 1 spoon. I had to take turns eating with my wife. Dear owner of this condo, if you need to be contacted and agreed in advance about the time of entry, then indicate this in the adverti*****t. Also indicate all contacts for communication, and not just one phone number that you do not answer for a long time. It would be great if you contact the tenant yourself after confirming the reservation and providing instructions for entry. Or be in touch at your specified time for entry. Respect other people's time!

Yes it's 3 stars because of the facility. No swimming pool No lifts But don't let that put you off. Rooms are clean and the staff extremely helpful. In walking distance for supermarkets, McDonald's and many other restaurants. A hotel on the same Soi has a massage parlor. Very nice. The hotel is facing the park. Which is very popular. It's used as a fitness club for locals and visitors. It's a small hotel ideal for a trip into Bangkok. Near the main shopping areas. Transport all close by. We used the taxi as they are meted and very reasonably priced. TukTuks are more pricey, ASK THE PRICE BEFORE YOU GET IN.

The property is beautifully decorated. The room is big and comfortable. Super love the free flow food room, I can have a drink there, I feel hungry when there is instant noodles and bread. Their steamed buns are superb, have to try it! In this place you can find many cheap halal restaurants and nice massage shops. Just 5 minutes walk to rachadewi BTS and less than 15 minutes walk to Siam to explore. The receptionist was also very helpful and always willing to help me with any problems. Will definitely come back again.

male receptionist here practice with customers is very bad Talk to us as if we came to ask to live with you for free!!! We are the one who book the hotel and make the reservation in our name. But I haven't checked in yet because it's still working. But will go in around 1 pm after work. But my mother went to check in first because she traveled a lot from the province. Mother arrived, checked in around 13.20 hrs., but the male receptionist said that she couldn't check in. Because the name reserved with the person who came to check in does not match (but the same last name), my mother called to tell me that I couldn't check in because I had to use the card of the person booking only. so called back In order to tell the staff that we can't work, can't go out, but can I send the ID card documents via Email first? So my mother gave the phone to the staff. to talk to myself because mom doesn't know 6But the staff replied, ”No, I don't talk, why do we talk? It's the same!!!” Why are you talking to our mother like this? Ask me. After that, we call the hotel directly to talk to the staff about booking. The same male employee answered the call. So we request and our need for employees to listen Including all booking information, it's the same. Talking to our mother is not good. Then talk badly to us again. Still insisting that our mother wait. Until we go in or not wait until contacting the Agent to change it to our mother's name to actually stay, we just want our mother to enter the room first. We inform the agent to change the booking, or how we will go in. because of that, our mother In the end, the staff refused until we notified the Agent to change the name. Employees don't care Mother still had to sit and wait for the room for almost 30 minutes before entering the room. 1. hrs. Treat customers like they should not work for service because we work in hotels too. I'm so angry with my mom like this!!!
